Our counselor, Angela Barnett, has been outstanding. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and clear in explaining each step, which has made the entire process much easier to navigate.

My experience with NACA has been very positive. The process is thorough and requires patience, preparation, and a willingness to fully cooperate with your NACA Counselor. It can feel overwhelming at times, but if you stay committed, provide the requested documentation, and communicate with your Counselor, the process is absolutely worth it.

THE SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE!! My counselor Miss Redman is very helpful, knowledgeable, and no non sense. She loves what she does and it's evident. Once I complete my homebuying experience I'm going to canvass to encourage the young adults to purchase their first home through NACA as well.

I started my journeed to buy my dream house in July 2025. AT first it was a little difficult for me to understand how the program worked, but thanks to my counselor. Ms. Gladys G., I began to understand the process and the great opportunity we have to buy a home.
The process is demanding and requires a lot of documentation to prove eligibility.I had to focus on lowerinng my debts,avoiding new ones. Thanks to my counselor's guidance, I'm making a great progress and my savigs are growing. I recomded teh NACA program 100% It takes time but is complettely worth it. I am currently in the middle of working through the NACA program.I am having a positive experience so far but Since my process is still ongoing, I am keeping my rating neutral for now. My experience with NACA has been a very positive and eye-opening journey so far. The process is very thorough, and while there is a lot of documentation and preparation involved, I appreciate that NACA takes the time to make sure you are truly prepared for homeownership.
My counselor has been helpful throughout the process and has taken the time to review my financial situation, answer my questions, and explain what I need to provide. The process has also helped me take a much closer look at my finances, my budget, my credit, and my overall financial goals.
What I appreciate most about NACA is that they are not simply helping you purchase a home—they are helping you understand the responsibility that comes with owning one. I have learned more about budgeting, financial stewardship, debt management, and preparing for a mortgage payment that fits within my budget.

Amazing company with an amazing mission to make homeownership affordable for working people. By far the best mortgage available to your average working person. Only downside is they don’t back the mortgages themselves and instead use BofA for financing which can make qualification feel like a part time job.
