I placed an order on April 25th and still have not received the nails. I contacted the seller and didn’t receive a response. I have since requested a chargeback via my bank, which they issued immediately.

I placed an order still haven’t received been nearly 3 weeks contacted them haven’t got a reply I even sent them a screenshot with order number etc to look into it. But nothing

Ordered since Feb and still not received no package.

I ordered £18.48 worth of product on the 18/02/26
I have emailed them several times in between and I gave them the benefit of the doubt in the beginning, however the lack of communication and poor customer service skills have been the main issue
It is now 20/05/26 and let alone actually receiving any product I've not even got an update, I have requested a refund many times and not once have they acknowledged it
I think this "business" is a scam, they have taken my money and ran it's quite upsetting

I have never received my parcel. I have sent so many emails they don’t response. They won’t response to my instagram dm saying they can’t find my message. It’s a scam.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I have placed my order 2 months ago and I still haven’t recieved anything. Their crap customer service never responds. Their instagram always say they can’t respond we have to go to customer service. It’s a shame they use halal with their product! I’ll have to report them cuz clearly it’s a scam!

Avoid Nail Bea at all costs.

I ordered nail adhesive in February. It’s now May and my order still hasn’t arrived. Three months for a tiny order is beyond ridiculous.

What’s even worse is the customer service — or lack of it. I sent endless emails and social media messages asking for updates and later asking for a refund. Most were ignored completely. I genuinely had to beg for a response.

Their excuse? “You chose standard shipping.” Funny, because their own website says standard shipping takes a maximum of 6 weeks, not an entire season.

At this point it honestly feels like they take people’s money and disappear. A company that can ignore paying customers for months and refuse to communicate should not be trusted.

Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and frustration and order literally anywhere else.

Literally would give a minus !! Order placed and not received. I really should have checked the reviews before.

Fraudulent website that never deliver their product and send nothing and lie and scam about policies

I placed and paid for an order but never received anything. Communication is terrible: it takes days or even weeks to get a reply from customer service. Even though I requested a refund within the allowed timeframe and can prove it through email, they still refuse to refund me. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Be careful with this scam.

i ordered 3 sets of nails back in february. in march, a month later - i still hadn’t received anything so i emailed them & they said that “international” order take 30 business days to ship out… i thought, 30 days ???? that’s crazy. every day i kept clicking the tracking info link to see if they had shipped yet & then randomly in april the link stopped working & said the website didn’t exist. i emailed them & no reply. it’s may now & i still haven’t received anything or gotten a refund.

Scam company , paid over a month ago, despite messages on email and on instagram no response. Nothing was received. Dont use this company.

I still haven’t received my order from March. Ive asked for a refund as well. This is so ridiculous and now im not getting any replies from the company.
Unfortunately would nit reccomend to anyone and woukd not order from here again. Wish i checked trustpilot too.

I also ordered from nailbea. It’s a complete scam. Multiple attempts to get refund was ignored. No communication at all. They have the audacity to keep posting and advertising! Knowing they will not fulfil any orders! I called citizens advice it took all but 5 mins to report her. They have advised the more people that report her the better the case. Also report the transaction to your bank and explain it’s a scam business and you didn’t receive your order. Bank should refund you!

I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering. And how unfortunate it is that somebody who claims to be Muslim and sell “muslim friendly” nail polish is doing this. You know scamming and stealing money is haram, yes?
Any way, ordered from them and was told it would arrive “within 30 days at most”, although most orders would arrive before. It’s been past 2 months (it was supposedly shipped on February 18th) and still nothing. I messaged them through email and on Instagram but no response. They ignored me. I made a comment on their Instagram page urging them to respond, but they deleted it and continue posting and “promoting” their business. They see what’s going on but they don’t care.
Absolute scam and theft. Please don’t order from them; you won’t get your product. I bet they don’t even send it.

4 months and no delivery. They havent responded to me asking for an update 2 months ago. I got one initial reply which didnt even make sense, no delivery date or update given. No apology for the delay. TERRIBLE. AVOID. I expect a refund!

I placed an order on 27th January 2026, during a WhatsApp live where she was selling bundles to get rid of the stocks. We are now in April and I am yet to receive them. After sending multiple emails, the response remained that we are short of stock, which is bizarre given I placed an order during a live that was promoting ‘getting rid of surplus bundles’. I would never ever buy a thing from this company, I will reporting her to trading standards and all social media platforms as she scams people and doesn’t send anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NAILBEANS
