Wish I could give it 0! Absolute scam. Been weeks since I have ordered and not received anything. Emailed twice contacted on instagram as she is still active on insta but still no reply back! She is just taking peoples money and not sending goods!

They don’t even deserve any stars!!! This is a complete scam and I regret not having searched them up first before placing an order. Just like others I never received my order (bought 3 nail sets), which I placed in november 2025. There was no contact info on their website so I reached out on IG, got the same 10-day shipment and then no reply!! And they promote wudu friendly nails thinking they are a legit Muslim company. They are just scammers!

I recently purchased nails worth £15. Did not come after 10 days to which I responded to her, she said if I email her she can send proof or postage. I contacted her again saying no email your website says to contact you via writing a message. After 19 days decided to go to bank and ask for a refund. Dnt buy the company is a fraud. You dnt get your nails. Was soo excited they were halal. Best to get press on nails from anyone via tik tok shop they work the same way and are halal they can be taken off for wudu.

Scammers they take your money and don’t send your order. Emailed and messaged on instagram and they don’t message back. Please don’t buy don’t know how there getting away with it…

I ordered multiple sets, 5 I think back in October. After 2 weeks I checked in with them on the status of the delivery and she said to wait 11 business days and that I chose that delivery, but I didn't. Another month went by and nothing. I messaged multiple times, on Insta, email, her Insta lives but kept getting ignored. Then I got a response saying that she has sent them and would I like to receive the tracking number? Um yes, I would why would you just not send it in that message? But of course I did not receive it. I went to a friend's house and she had a few of her products. These are the worst press on nails I have seen in my life. The design, shape, symmetry, plastic, everything about the product was pretty bad. I made a review video on my Insta and tagged her to try and get her attention, she messaged me and said, "lol you wanna post those stories and expect us to cooperate with ur slander ?...Be real".

It seems to be a ghost company. Please do not get scammed and lose your money. I ordered a number of items in December 2025. There hasn't been any update since nor any chain of communication between vendor and client. They have not responded to any of my queries. Its a fraudulent business.

Scammers! You never hear back from them and never receive an order. No wonder their IG posts have 0 comments and their customer service is unresponsive.

I tried to cancel but you can't contact them. The tracing link doesnt even work. This must be a scam company!

Do not buy from this company! They take you money and don’t send the product. Total scam. It’s been 2 months and I’ve not received anything. After I dm’ed I was told it would be escalated and followed up internally. I followed up a few times after this and not heard a response since.

Ordered in December, still nothing to date. This company is a total fraud. When you message via TikTok, they say DM on instagram. Every time you message, they say “emails are down” for what months? They don’t reply to your messages, no answer to queries, and when I said I will contact my bank this is what they said “ Hi we don’t have a verified reviews page anywhere so not sure what this means. You can open a chargeback but there’s a £25 fine to the losing party and we usually win it as soon as we show evidence of posting it. I wouldn’t advise doing that as I don’t want you to get a fee” - so they think they will win because evidence of postage. Wrong, legally via the Consumers Act UK you can get a refund. So for all those people who haven’t received, contact your bank as you have a legal right for your money back if goods not received. They just rob people of their money. Disgusting and filthy company!

Ordered December. It’s now Jan. a month later no product. No reply from anyone even though I’ve messaged a few times

Scammers awful ordered my nails on the 19 November she scammed me and didn’t even bother giving me refund constantly ignored my messages and when I called her out she was laughing awful avoid I have now reported her

I've been waiting since 16 November. I made several attempts since then. No reply on what's app. Insta. Tik tok. Email. Etc. Now when I finally got 1 reply. They are saying it takes 10 days for the nails to be shipped. But it's past that time ages ago. Now when I have told them the date has passed for shipping they have not bothered to answer back. I don't know what to do 😭

Ordered nails and its been more than 2 weeks order hasn't been delivered. Emailed them, sent them a message on Instagram but they cant be bothered to reply back. I believe I have wasted my money and I dont think my order will get delivered. AVOID AVOID buying from them.

Wouldn’t recommend. I placed an order two weeks ago. I haven’t heard anything since I placed the order. I tried contacting through DM, TikTok messages, WhatsApp and email but they never got back to me. Just ignored the messages. I’ve had to go through my bank to get a refund. Stay away

Sent several messages on Instagram and tik tok no response. Ignoring all my messages. Wouldn't recommend this website and they come on live and still ignoring. Theres no contact number for them.

I see now they have scammed alot of people, if I had read these reviews before hand I wouldn't have ordered.

I ordered from them back in summer, products did not come as described , opened a dispute with paypal and they agreed to give me a refund, which never actually came. still haven’t got my money back and because the case is closed on paypal i cannot reopen the case. please do not order from this scammer, they have been ignoring all of my messages via email and via instagram and i’m 99% sure they’ve been blocking my comments too.

Ordered for a second time (end of Sept) - website says they deliver in 5-7 business days. Waited over 14 business days to contact them. Emailed - no response. DM sent twice on Instagram - no response. All the while they were doing lives and posting multiple times daily about their amazing nails so deliberately choosing not to respond.

4 weeks later, I joined their lives and they’d kick me out - happened multiple times over a few days. I finally pasted a comment in their live asking very politely where my order was and can they respond to my DMs. They kicked me out and blocked me instantly.

I had to wait for 14 days to dispute the payment with my bank (grace time for them to resolve the issue). Miraculously on the 14th day, the order arrived. Stamp mark indicates they posted it the day after they kicked me out of their livestream..

5 weeks later I’ve got the nails. I agree with other reviewers re quality of nails - few sizes, not enough to be honest. Enough tabs for one use.

Previously ordered in July for a holiday. Complained as delivery hasn’t arrived weeks later. Lady on dms was apologetic and said it had been posted - maybe issues with Royal Mail or given to neighbour. It arrived 6 weeks after ordering. I let it slide thinking it was Royal Mail’s fault. Unable to use on holiday. It seems they only post it out once you complain multiple times.

Not worth the hassle and stress. Don’t bother!
