I placed an order 3/11/19, have not recd order as if 4/3/19
I placed an order 3/11/19, order 1037, and I have not received it! I email customer service, and they said it was delivered to my town post office, the post office stated they needed tracking no. To investigate. I requested tracking no. And as iof 4/3/18, I did not have a tracking no. And no nail strips ., but they have my money! Customer service is no help! Beware of this company!

My package of nails came with postage due. Not the nicest way to ship a package to a first time customer. I had to pay the Postman for the balance due on shipping. Didn’t I already have to pay for postage when I bought the nails?

Not please with service
Not a good experience. Wascharged $3 after I was told they would wave the extra shipping fee for resending due to post office error. I have paid $3 and have specifically put the suite on the shipping. My company owns the building and I have not had to include this information in other orders. Not the money - just the principle.

This package was returned to us by USPS for an insufficient address/unable to deliver. We used only the address given to us during checkout. While we rely on our customers to provide an accurate shipping address and don't have influence over the postal service, we did offer to re-ship the order at our expense.
