Nain Trading Reviews

Great experience, beautiful rug, delivered promptly, no extra customs costs or delays.

I purchased two round wool rugs from Nain. Small round 100% wool rugs are difficult to find, so I was pleased to find the Nain company. Very happy with both of them, they look lovely on my wooden floors. Quick and efficient purchase and delivery.

You may worry about buying a rug online, but the photos on the website are so good and detailed that you can see exactly what the rug will be like, including the colours and the quality.
I started by ordering one rug, but when that arrived I was so impressed that I ordered two more.
If you bought a rug of the quality Nain are offering in a high street store or indeed from many other online sites you would probably pay 3 times as much, maybe more.
From ordering to receiving the rug it took a week and tracking the progress of the shipment was easy.
Nain has a large collection of rugs available, which at first made choosing difficult, so I found the best way was to select rugs I liked on the ‘Wish List’, that way I could then view them one after the other and easily compare them in order to make my decision.

True description of rug, well photographed and excellent quality. Delivery to UK 7days as per other reviews. Would certainly recommend this company. Still awaiting authentication certificate though. May have to remind them to send.

I have bought rugs off nsin for years. The products are the best quality. The choice is just too good and the service and help off staff are so helpful. The delivery is tracked a d fast . I dont feel the need to buy elsewhere as there is always something I love

Bought 2 rugs now from Nain. Good price. Great quality. Speedy delivery. Well packaged.

From navigating the website, ordering to receiving the rug everything went very smoothly and in a timely manner. Rug is gorgeous and excellent quality.

Rug as described, picture accurate.
Delivery prompt and as specified on the website.
Certificate of authenticity sent promptly.
Rug looks great on the hearth side.

Great, honest advice when buying, fast delivery, great packaging. Delighted with my new rug x

Swift delivery, fine product.
