Fantastic product and service
Ordered a rug for my partners birthday. It arrived quickly and the quality was fantastic however we had been looking at two and I mistakenly bought the wrong one.
When I contacted Nain explain this they couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately sent out the correct one and provided details for the return of the other.
Genuinely couldn’t have been happier with the rug or the service.

Unfortunately, the shipping carrier lost your rug during transit. As soon as this was confirmed, we immediately issued a full refund. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We would also like to reassure future customers that all of our rugs are shipped fully insured. In the very rare event that a rug is lost during transport, our customers are never left out of pocket. We always provide a full refund or, where possible, a replacement.
