The rug was superb
The rug was superb, exactly as described and pictured, it will be with us for a long time. Nain were brilliant, UPS were dreadful, didn't meet the delivery times, and very slow delivery in the UK, 4 days to do 104 miles.

Wonderful experience with Nain…
We had a wonderful experience with Nain Trading. Our first purchase was a vintage rug, which unfortunately didn’t match the color we expected. The return process was straightforward, and communication with the team was easy and professional throughout.
We then chose a new Persian rug from their collection — it arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and met our expectations in quality and craftsmanship. The entire exchange process was smooth and efficient. We truly appreciate their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Delighted with my runner
Delighted with my runner. Nervous to see if it would look as nice as it did online. No need to worry. Very accurate colours. Arrived (by UPS) well wrapped 7 days after ordering. Would happily buy from this company again.
