I had money on my online account, made an order then my order disappeared.
I went physically to naivas the point and I did not receive any help claiming that they need to get it approved before I get services. It has inconvenienced me alot having to wait till tomorrow yet I needed my shopping by today.
I can't encourage someone to use naivas online app. I have been using carrefour online and I have never had any complaints, they have perfect services.
I am disgruntled by naivas services

I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. My order was scheduled for delivery between 8–10pm, and I was only informed at 9:57pm that it could not be delivered. This is extremely poor service and completely irresponsible timing.
It is frustrating and stressful to be left waiting the whole evening only to be told at the very last minute that nothing will arrive. There was no proper communication or consideration for the customer at all.
I expected much better from Naivas. This level of service is not acceptable and needs serious improvement.

You like embarrassing your customers yet we spend money to buy the goods....
A simple action like removing the sensor from a chocolate bar is a task for this supermarket...your cashiers are not even bothered to do so! Then when you exist you are told to go back.....
Furthermore there is no apology from the supervisor Naivas Donholm....pure lack of professionalism!

I just received a message from them and even though I have nothing to do with this company. I have been recognized as a man for 45 years, and now they call me Susan in that message... kind of weird

Your security personnel at the entrance are good, prices of commodities are also pocket friendly but your cashiers need to improve in how they handle their customers. Not friendly and welcoming

NEVER and I repeat NEVER⁉️Purchase food stuff from them..Especially the ones on offer are leftovers from previous days. I got a horrible running stomach after consuming their samosa

Naivas Embu. Harassed by security guard, ordered to open my handbag. Report to customer care not taken seriously.

The company never delivered an order I placed and paid for. Their customer line is never answered. All I will advise; Shop at your own risk...

The online shopping experience has been better than I expected. I didn't know I can use my loyalty card for online shopping too.
