I have been ordering Naked dog for a while and it suits my 2Westies who have different requirements.
Recently had an uncharacteristic problem with a delivery over bank holiday weekend. I think the issue was with the delivery company. Spoke to customer help on the phone - a novel experience these days! They had my food delivered in less than 24 hours ! 2 very happy Westies !! Thanks Naked dog

I am happy with the product and I like there are so many different varieties. People comment on how healthy they look. And how shiny their coats are.
The delivery is good and comes before I run out.
I would give 5 stars except I am conscience of how many plastic boxes are being produced even if they are recyclable.
Would it be possible for them to be returned to you and then you reuse them. It may be expensive but we have to try and reduce the amount of plastics that are being produced.

I had an problem with my delivery. I contacted Naked Dog Food to advise them of my issue. It was dealt with in a professional manner and the issue was resolved efficiently by Ella. Not only does my puppy love this food, their customer service is excellent.

Naked Dog have been supplying my two ridgebacks and one terrier with raw food for over two years now. They are so reliable and efficient and my dogs do very well (and really love) their food. I can’t fault them.

I wanted to leave a review for Ella who took my call today regarding my raw dog subscription. Ella was very courteous fully researched my proposed change to my raw food subscription and called me back with 4 costed option alternatives. Ella worked within my budget and came up with a superb proposal. Whilst Ella was governed by the price list and subscription discounts her tone, manner and communication skills were excellent and a credit to Naked Dog food. Excellent service. Thank you Ella. Subscription always triggers and arrives on time. However, I scored low as Naked Dog are shockingly poor at responding to customer queries and requests for support. Feel ignored once subscription is in place.

Using Naked dog has been very successful as we have various addresses we use though out the year ,
My emails get promt replies & one holiday home only has a small freezer so I asked for a weekly supply, no problem,
With other companies I had to revert back to dry food .
We would recommend them , we also had fussy feeders , but as yet no problems
We have been using them for a few years now .
