Poor quality and poor service
I ordered 5 pairs of bamboo socks for £40. They are very poor quality, thin and tight around the legs. It is not clear how to obtain a refund from the website and I have emailed support twice with no response so have been left with socks I can’t wear with no idea how to return them and I’m £40 down. Very disappointed.

Antwoord van Naked Nation
Hi Allison,
I’m truly sorry to hear that your socks weren’t what you expected. I completely understand how disappointing that must have felt.
I wanted to let you know that I personally replied to your email today (Monday), processed a full refund, and offered you an alternative solution. Your message came through late on Friday, and as our office is closed over the weekend, we didn’t have a chance to reply to emails until today.
For any weekend queries, we do have our live chat available, and we normally send a free return label straight away so you can return your item free of charge.
Please know it was never our intention to leave you waiting. We always reply to emails as soon as we’re back online and do everything we can to make sure our customers feel cared for. I hope my follow-up today has helped make things right. ❤️
Warmest wishes,
Karla

Good quality, but annoying white branding
The socks are soft, seamless and good quality. However, the white branding is visible when sitting down. It would have been better if the branding was not glaring white, as these are supposed to be formal socks.

Not quite high enough in the heel to stop tendon rub
I purchased the sneaker socks. They are well made and the material they are made of is very soft and comfortable. My only issue is that the socks dont quite come high enough to stop my sneakers rubbing against my achillies tendons. Make them a little higher in the heel for men and will be a customer for life
