My experience has been extremely frustrating, especially considering the price point of their clothing.

Their customer service is incredibly slow to respond. Emails can go unanswered for days or even weeks, and when they finally respond regarding a return or exchange, they have repeatedly stated that a shipping label was attached when there was no label attached at all. You then have to email them again, and you're back to waiting days or weeks for another response. What should be a simple return or exchange becomes a drawn-out process.

Another major issue is their sizing and return policy. You can purchase an item that is eligible for a return or exchange, but by the time you actually receive it and realize the sizing is completely off, the item may have been changed to final sale. At that point, you're stuck with it even though it was not final sale when you purchased it.

And their size chart is not reliable. I've ordered based on their measurements only to find that items can run significantly smaller or larger than expected. When you're paying premium prices, you expect the sizing information to be accurate and consistent.

The frustrating part is that I actually like their clothing. I've purchased pieces that I genuinely wanted to keep, but the poor customer service, inaccurate sizing, delayed responses, and return/exchange issues make it incredibly difficult to shop with confidence.

For the prices Naked Wardrobe charges, I expect a much more professional and organized customer service experience. Unfortunately, the way returns and exchanges are handled has made me very hesitant to purchase from them again.

Update8/27/2026: I just received a refund to my Shop account of $282.65. I still didn’t receive any responses from the company, but they resolved the issue thankfully.

I spent $752.70 including shipping insurance through the Shopify app. At first I received all my items and there was an issue with sizing. I returned two of the items for different sizes. The receiver was confusing with notifications that weren’t making sense. Things like, “your delivery date has changed” when I was never given a delivery date notification at all. “Arriving today!” Sent at the last minute. Anyway, I was out of town when USPS supposedly delivered the package. The notification says it was placed in a mailbox. Okay! Great! I’m out of town, but it is secure and not on my doorstep. So I get home a week later and there’s no package. I contact USPS and Naked Wardrobe. They send an automated message saying customer service will contact me within 2 days and that some people have messages going to spam so to check there. Well, guess what? It’s been 7 days, there’s no spam messages, and it appears no way to get any refund from insurance either. No details at all as to what this insurance company is. So now I’m out of about $350 worth of what I paid for. I’ll never shop with these frauds again.

I ordered two items and both were of such a poor quality for the price I couldn’t believe it. Also, they only have a 14 day return policy and charge you $10 to return items. That is robbery and I’ll never order anything from them again.

Do not order from this company. Received my order on July 3, 2026 and did not like the quality. Tried to return it on July 6, 2026. Order number and email not working. Sent Naked Wardrobe two emails. July 7, 2026 sent an email back stating they will get back to me in 2 days and you have 14 days to return.

I contacted Naked Wardrobe multiple times — twice by email and several times through their online chat — regarding an unauthorized order shipped to an outdated address. Despite clear documentation and repeated outreach, I received no response or resolution. Their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and will not order again.

I normally have good things to say about this company I love their clothes but I received a dress with a defected zipper and trying to return but no human response or resolve..just the same automated message.. now im having to try go get my money back by affirm and thays been a headache.. good quality bad service..

I had a very disappointing experience with Naked Wardrobe. According to their return policy, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

I returned items from two separate orders within 2 days of delivery, and they were received by their team on day 5—a total of 7 days from delivery. The items were unworn, with tags still attached, and fully met all of their return requirements. Order place 3/26, received 3/31, return received on 4/6.

Despite this, I was issued only partial refunds, with $48.23 deducted from each order—for a total of $96.46 withheld. There was no clear explanation provided, and their return policy does not disclose any restocking fee that would justify such a large deduction.

This lack of transparency is frustrating and misleading. Customers should not be charged undisclosed fees after following the return policy correctly.

I will not be ordering from this company again and would caution others to be aware of potential unexplained deductions when making a purchase.

I received my pants and jacket that was dipped in perfume. I am severely allergic and can’t wear it for my event as I can’t get the smell out. $300 wasted and nobody ever responded to any of my emails. It’s just impossible to reach them.

Cheap leggings, ripped and tore easily. Requested a refund which costs $15 and takes 5 weeks to process.

They are definitely a scam. I also cannot reach anyone via phone. They post a non working number because no one answers. They email me back 4 weeks each time and not refunding my money when the items were sent back immediately. They are delaying and I am not sure why as they received the merchandise. I will be reporting this everywhere. Do not buy!!

I’ve had two disappointing experiences trying to return items for a refund due to sizing issues with Naked Wardrobe. In both cases, my return requests were ignored. I received no response to emails and was unable to reach anyone by phone. I ultimately had to escalate both situations before getting any assistance, and responses didn’t come until nearly a month later.

I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions before ordering. While the owners frequently showcase a luxurious lifestyle on social media, customer service concerns appear to go unaddressed. As a businesswoman with a background in Human Resources, I believe strongly in integrity and treating customers fairly. Moving forward, I will choose to shop with more established retailers.

DONT BUY NAKEDWARDROBE. Absolutely horrible quality and excessive prices. Is a completely SCAM.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The quality is so cheap and super unflattering. I tried returning items that were delivered 1 DAY AGO and said that I couldn’t return them because it’s been “more than 14 days since the delivery” which it wasn’t and were unresponsive when I tried notifying them.

Item was cheaply made - and when I tried to contact customer service for return. No response. Not at all. 3 emails and 2 weeks and nothing

What a shame. And now I’m stuck with a product I don’t like and I’ve lost money

Horrible customer service & bad quality of clothing. I’m still waiting on my refund it’s been more than 3 weeks and still nothing. Spent so much and their clothing quality is terrible. So upset that I ordered with them.

The clothes peel and look extremely cheap and ugly after a while. Too expensive for the quality

I ordered a coat on February 6,2026 and i received it February 12, 2026. I tried the coat on and it did not fit (I ordered the size based of the size chart). This item is available to be returned so I attempted to do the return. The website portal gave me a message "does not comply with return policy". I tried calling 818-717-8782 and the number just ring or i get a busy signal. I sent a email on February 14, 2026 to info. I really wanted the coat for my travel in March and I wanted to return and purchase a bigger size. I keep calling and decided to email returns. I am realizing that this company has bad customer service and a size chart that didn't match the coat size purchase which makes me SAD/ANGRY

The quality of their items is really subpar. Especially if you’re buying the stretchy material items. And their items are so expensive for the quality. Twice within a month my orders were cancelled due to being out of stock. Do they not know how to manage quantity of inventory? Really frustrating. I will think twice before ordering again.

first timeI ordered from there site. I should have ordered via Norsdstrom. Item is too big. I am trying to return and their online portal says it is not elligible. NO WHERE when I checked out did it said final sale. If you read the fine print it says on their sites if you buy on a discount cant return. I spend thousands on clothing and I will NEVER buy from this company again. I emailed customer service- I would take a CREDIT to not have an item that does not fit. Automated email say they will get back to you in 5 days. It hasd been 5 days..

Absolutely horrible. Cheap cheap cheap. They are literally selling $2 disposable clothes and marking them up. They should be ashamed of themselves. I just received the leopard dress it’s paper thin, strings coming off at the bottom and I paid $89 for it.
