Naked Wines (US) Reviews 

I've been an Angel for 10 years. The wines are consistently good but in the last 12-18 months the service has been going downhill. Increasingly deliveries are delayed whether you set (purchase) a specific slot or not. Little explanation or attempt to make amends. I'm losing my patience.

I joined Naked wines only bc I had a £50 3rd party voucher from work to use. The opening joining 6 bottle offer is very well priced but other than the Angel discount you get as a subscriber the bundles on offer are too expensive and not in the price range to affird it in the monthly budget for a mid earning couple.

The wine is fantastic but the price point isn't IMO.

I have been buying from Naked Wine for more years than I care to remember and I have never had a significant problem. The two minor difficulties I have had relate to the delivery company and not Naked.
Only once have I been disapointed by a wine and I was given a refund, as they promise.
When I have contacted Naked by email I always receive a helpful and genuine response.
I don't buy wine anywhere else (unless I have inadvertantly run out!) and I intend to use Naked Wines for the foreseeable future.

I've been an Angel for years and believed an email offering great wines at discount but maybe a few scratches on the label etc. Got my box today with 4 bottles of port! Port isn't a wine you sip with dinner. Feel conned and really disappointed. It's obviously just Naked's way of getting rid of stock. Gutted I wasted so much money on something I'll never drink.

Excellent guys to buy wine from. You don't even need to know anything. I often pick up the phone and tell them that I like this kind of wine and they pick excellent bottles for me. Very friendly and helpful service.

You're extremely friendly, easy going and the wines recommended are quality without an associated price sting.

Never had a bad bottle. Filters find me what I like and prices very reasonable.

In the last 3 years I only had good experience with Naked Wines. It's been my go-to place to explore lovey wines, also at good price. The wines are lovely, always well packed and delivered very quickly - It's always exciting to receive them. I think that the monthly subscription may be too much sometimes, especially with the trends of less alcohol consumption. Maybe it's time to start exploring non-alcoholic brands on the offer.

Amazing service! I did not realise that I have subscribed to one of their services and requested a refund shortly after that. They could have gone by the T&C as all others would do(had a similar case recently) but instead, they were very understanding and processed the refund.
This is called great customer service!

Been a member for years, and the wine is lovely, but recently the service has gone down hill recently.

Ordered a box of wines to be delivered for Thursday pre Easter at the latest in order to host over Easter. I didn't receive this until the Tuesday after the bank holiday.

Upon going to cancel my account, they offer "£10 if you click here into your account to get you to stay". Which I chose to do. A week later, there is still no credit in my account. Sad to say that I don't feel this is the same service I initially received 5 years ago.

I ordered a bottle of wine to be delivered to my daughter as a thank you, but twice you wrote to say the order hadn’t been filled. Very poor service with no thought for customer.

The good range of available wines at good prices

Naked wines are a super trustworthy company! I would highly reccomend using them as they are super personable and very understanding and aren't typical salesmen. I am taking a break from alcohol and these guys made it easy but I'll definitely be coming back when the times right.

The wines are excellent and the prices are more than fair. The reason I love the wine club though is because I buy packages they put together. These are usually a very good deal and you are exposed to wines from all over the world. You can then review your purchases and rate them for later reference.

On my very first order, it didn't arrive on the date given. Yesterday on my 2nd order with tracking, was promised delivery between 6 and 8 pm. Again box of wines didn't arrive. Not impressed. The wines were ok, but their communication leaves a lot to be desired.

The wines were originally delivered to the wrong address, but Naked Wines immediately apologized. This was probably the fault of the delivery co. they rely on. Also, perhaps because I didn't read the email properly (the details aren't made entirely clear), I hadn't realized I had signed up for a longer-term subscription (£25 in the first instance). But again, the company apologized and has promised to refund the money immediately. The wines themselves are excellent! So despite the odd hiccup (so to speak), it was not a bad experience thanks to the swiftness of their response to problems.

I accepted a special discount offer at Christmas but was automatically signed up to a subscription service. This was not made clear in any of the emails I received and even once I knew about it I found it difficult to find the subscription details on their website. Very underhanded tactics. Once I contacted customer support I received a refund
