I received my order on time and I was delighted with my hand soap/dish soap dispensers. Unfortunately there was a problem with the tray I contacted Namie Home & got an immediate response. A replacement tray was sent to me promptly so problem resolved.
Customer service were responsive , polite & apologetic. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great quality glass bottles which feel heavy and well constructed. Good size for hand soap and cream with sturdy pumps. Look great in my kitchen sitting on the matching tray.

Excellent Product and good service and delivery

We ordered a large number of Namie products for our service office and absolutely love them. They have elevated every space they’re in, and we’ve had so many clients asking where they’re from because they want to order them for their own homes. The products themselves are such lovely quality, and the silicone bases for the bottles have been a game changer, these were recommended to us by Jamie and have prevented bottles from falling over or being damaged.

A special thank you to Jamie for his patience with my multiple order change, he couldn’t have been more helpful & responsive! Everything arrived beautifully packaged, and amazingly there were no breakages, which is a miracle considering the quantity I ordered.

Absolutely love my bottles for dish soap and hand soap. I got the bronze pumps. Love them I feel so posh with these bottles by my kitchen sink 😁 and delivery was fab also and well wrapped up so no chance of breakage.

Communication is extremely poor, took 25hrs to respond to my complaint. I didn't even receive my order as was a problem with the courier, had to do a charge back via my bank.
