Namie Home Reviews

Beautiful items. Great delivery time and packaged with care.

Good quality at a reasonable price.

Outstanding customer service and fabulous products. Thank you for sorting the issue out.

Good sized olive oil bottle

Easy ordering and tracking of parcel, dispenser bottles are amazing and add a touch of elegance to my bathroom

I was a little sceptical about ordering but they make my kitchen look lovely will definitely order more well worth every penny , I had brown bottles and gold pumps white labels stunning

I ordered the name stickers for some jars.
Unfortunately there is no room for error and as I stuck it on I couldn’t adjust it. So now it’s not level and full of creases .
Be really helpful if you had a bit of play with them . Or be able to unstick and try again

Fabulous Customer Support. Very quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Love the products!

I have bought a few of the amber glass jars and trays from Namie Home and the have been very high quality, giving your bathroom or kitchen that high end hotel look. I had an issue with one of the trays delaminating over time, but the customer service was excellent, and they replaced this for me really promptly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

I had a great experience with Namie Home and wanted to share how impressed I was with their customer service.

I purchased a Frosted Amber Glass Dispenser Set, and after almost a year of use, I noticed that the frosted coating on the bottom of both bottles had started to peel. I contacted Namie Home with photos and explained that the dispensers had always been kept clean and dry.

Jamie from the customer service team responded promptly, was understanding of my concerns, and immediately offered to replace both bottles. As an added gesture, they also provided bottle grips, which was very much appreciated.

The replacement bottles arrived quickly, and the entire process was handled professionally, courteously, and without any hassle. While it was disappointing to experience an issue with the original bottles, the way Namie Home dealt with the situation has given me even more confidence in the company.

Their products are stylish, reasonably priced, and look fantastic in the home. More importantly, they stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers.

Thank you to Jamie and the Namie Home team for the excellent service. I would happily purchase from them again and continue recommending them to friends and family

Beautiful, High-Quality Bathroom Upgrade

I couldn’t be happier with the Gold Wall Bracket & Frosted Amber Glass Dispenser Set from Namie Home. The quality exceeded my expectations – the frosted amber glass bottles feel substantial and premium, while the gold wall bracket is sturdy, well-made, and adds a touch of luxury to the space.

Installation was straightforward, and the wall-mounted design keeps my shower area looking neat and clutter-free. The bottles are a great size, hold plenty of product, and the pumps dispense smoothly every time. I also love how the minimalist labels create a clean, spa-like aesthetic that instantly elevates the look of the bathroom.

Not only does it look fantastic, but it’s also practical and environmentally friendly by reducing the need for disposable plastic bottles. I’ve received several compliments from guests already. If you’re looking for a stylish and functional way to organise your shower products, I highly recommend this set. Worth every penny!

These bottles for hand soap & cream are beautifully designed with the tray. Mine look so much more expensive. Fantastic delivery and arrived on time, I would really recommend this business
