The tool is honestly not worth what you pay for it. The results are often mediocre, and for the price, I expected a much better product.

What really makes me give it 1 star, though, is the customer support, which is practically nonexistent. Almost every week, I encountered an error that prevented me from using the tool because it said my credits had run out, even though I had a monthly subscription with unlimited credits. I was paying for the service every month, yet the same issue kept happening.

The worst part is that customer support simply doesn't respond. I tried contacting them multiple times and never received proper assistance or a solution.

Overall, a terrible and extremely frustrating experience, especially considering how much the service costs. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Užas od aplikacije, samo uzima bodove a slike radi užas, dvije osobe sa šest nogu. Nije za korištenje radiš web stranicu a slike bi trebale biti idealne a ono užas, samo troši novac a ne daje rezultat.
Tražio povrat nova očito ne vračaju, jer radi defektne slike i blokirali da im ne mogu email poslati.

Paid $143.88 for Nano Banana Pro Annual (Dec 28, 2025). Got an official invoice and receipt sent via their own Stripe account (acct_1Rx3cEK1FxVJLya2, signed by stripe.com).
Used the service for months. In May 2026 — credits gone, all creations gone.
Contacted support multiple times with full proof. Their response: "This transaction is not associated with our platform in any way."
They ignored the Stripe account ID in their own receipt email headers. Then stopped responding entirely.
Chargeback filed. Complaint submitted to Stripe and Hong Kong Consumer Council.

Others are reporting the same pattern. Avoid this service.

Rendering is ok but nothing outstanding. The AI is a bit out of control, it adds props that are not wanted and were not asked for. And everytime it does that there are 50 credits wasted. Cannot recommend this software at all

Se non ripeti costantemente i dettagli cambia la modella... etc etc e per finire dovevo ricominciare le chat perche non salvava piu i rari prompt riusciti ! mi ritrovavo nella cartella lavoro le immagini test! ... con me ha chiuso.

NaNo Banana has been a huge disappointment. The platform simply doesn’t do what it claims. It ignored my scale prompts several times, wasting my credits, and when I tried generating 4K images, all I got was an ERROR message. But the worst part? The support. I reached out for help and got nothing—no real response, no acknowledgment, nothing. I paid for a service that didn’t work, and I feel completely let down. I want a refund.

You can't do nothing. Have a man and a woman kissing and they call it a sex violation. Often they say your stuff is not PC. This reminds me of extremist groups whether they are Christian, Muslim, Far Left or Far Rights controlling what you want and your freedom of expression. These bad players are Anti American. They give AI a bad name. There are better AI generators way better.

Useless platform. It cannot do even very simple drawings, nor it understands the scale. It would be easier to explain to an infant what to draw than to NB.

I used this platform and even pause for it, it is incredible bad and when I tell it what it did wrong multiple times it just keeps making the same mistakes

I am extremely disappointed with the service and support from Nano Banana. On February 5, 2026, I paid 799.95 CNY (approx. 894 HKD) for a Pro subscription (Stripe Order ID: src_1SxJ8gEFKcmNy7bVEuqsws9V).

Initially, the payment went through, and my account was credited with 5,000+ credits. I successfully used the tool and generated several images (at which point my balance was around 4,900 credits). However, shortly after, my Pro status was revoked and my credits disappeared.

Despite providing clear evidence—including:

The Stripe/Alipay transaction receipt.

Screenshots of the images I generated on their website with their logo visible in the browser.

Proof that I had 5,000 credits which were consumed.

The support team continues to claim they "cannot find the order" and has now stopped responding to my emails for over 24 hours.

I have officially filed a dispute with Alipay to recover my funds. If you are considering a purchase here, be warned: their payment system is unreliable, and their support will ignore you even when presented with clear proof of transaction.

It's doing a very bad job at product photography when it comes to lights and it's sizes in reference to a human. It also doesn't recreate it's own image generated by it's own prompt in a correct manner. It's useless.

Used to be the best for image generation. Now the ai restrictions make it impossible to generate anything specific ... hard fail guys this is now the most frustrating worst image generated ai out there fix this .... and also let people know what words exactly are restricted what a waste of a good program whoever did this update cooked the entire app the worst don't waste your time or money

Money is drawn from my bank for a subscription yet my subscription is not activated in Nano Banana, no custumor support yet !! Bad service so far and I do not recomend.

ok for free but needs multiple reprompts, paying would be a joke start charging when it actually does what you ask
