Beware of this website! They pose as the official Gemini AI, but it is a complete subscription trap. Once you enter your payment details, you are locked in with no way out.

There is no billing dashboard anywhere on the site, and they intentionally do not provide a cancellation button. They deliberately make it as difficult as possible to leave by only offering an unresponsive email support desk. As a result, they just keep persistently charging your credit card every month.

If you are already a victim of this scam: send them a formal cancellation email to create a paper trail, contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to file a chargeback, and block or replace your card. Do not fall for this, it is an absolute scam!

Je n'ai pas été vigilente et je suis tombée sur ce site. Déjà ce n'est pas nano Banana l'officiel..Mais le pire de l'arnaque : vous faite un prompt gratuit puis il vous demande d'acheter des crédits pour..$14.99. Et je fais bien attention de mettre le curseur sur MENSUEL.. Vous accepter et enregistrer votre identité sur Stripe (normalement vous avez une confirmation du montant payé ! ) et là : Leur site de voleurs me met : 126,00 $US et hop une souscription annuelle non demandée !
Ce site est à fuir. Ils n'ont absolement pas l'intention que vous preniez un abonnement mensuel.
Et maintenant : aucune réponse à mes réclamations...

Paid $143.88 for Nano Banana Pro Annual (Dec 28, 2025 – Dec 28, 2026). Receipt #2669-5152, Invoice MED61SYM-0001 — both issued by Nano Banana AI via their own Stripe account (acct_1Rx3cEK1FxVJLya2), signed by stripe.com.

I used the service for several weeks after payment (I have email correspondence with their support team from February 2026 about Veo3 video generation).

In May 2026, my credits disappeared and my creations became inaccessible. I contacted support — they claimed the transaction "is not associated with our platform in any way" and told me to contact my bank.

I sent them irrefutable proof: their own Stripe account ID in the receipt email headers, invoice, receipt, and support correspondence. They stopped responding entirely.

The subscription is paid and still valid until December 28, 2026. The company is ignoring documented evidence from their own payment processor.

Uploaded an image, added a minor adjustment. waited ten minutes with no results. They charged me a credit, yet did nothing.

I was anxious to purchase credits, as I knew it was not affiliated with Google, but it was all 100% legit, correct amount of money left my account, I didn’t have any credits Disappear, the images are realistic and software is great for editing. One issue is that occasionally it can glitch and just give you the same image back, but after emailing they agreed to refund the credits easily which is great. I recommend.

I purchased a subscription on nanobanana.org believing it was the official Google Gemini / Nano Banana image editing product. Instead, the features were outdated (requiring downloads and re-uploads), not as advertised. When I requested a refund or correction, support gave vague answers and then stopped responding entirely.
The company is untransparent, and I later discovered that Google’s official Nano Banana/Gemini is only available via Google’s own AI Studio and APIs — not this domain. This feels like deliberate misrepresentation.
I strongly recommend avoiding this site. I am now disputing the charge with Visa and documenting the case.
