Waited a few weeks to receive. The item was flat and no support or filling. I gave it time to decompress. Nothing like advertised. Terrible.

This pillow is a game changer. Its that good I've got 2. It stays cool and is good for your skin and face waking up wrinkle free. The team are also fantastic. Fab service no hassle. Thank you.

Ordered on 4/9/2026, received on 5/11/2026. When I didn't receive it by 4/25/2026, I e-mailed the company with my Confirmation number in the heading. You have to be careful when ordering because the company will not e-mail you the confirmation number. And using a screenshot tool will only result in a garbled mess where you are lucky if you can actually view your confirmation number.

The company told me that they had to check with their logistics partner (in China) and confirmed that my package was moving through the network but experiencing delays due to high volume of shipments. They sent me a tracking link through a company called '17 Track'.

It did arrive 4 weeks after ordering. The pillow was smaller than what it appears in ads and made of cheap polyester fiberfill on the inside and appears to need more stuffing. Neither the pillow nor the cover is meant to be machine washed, so I'll hand wash the cover and hang it to dry.

I paid $60 for the pillow and cover, but I'm sure after all the customer complaints, the price will eventually decrease. It certainly wasn't worth the 4 weeks of waiting or the $60 price tag.

Firm but not hard which surprised me. I adjusted the stuffing a little and now its perfect. Wish shipping was faster though.

If you’re a side sleeper with lash extensions, this is honestly a must. I don’t wake up with bent or crushed lashes anymore. My lash retention has improved a lot since using this. I wasn’t sure a pillow could help with that but it does. I’m really glad I tried it.

I used to wake up with lines across my face every single morning. After a week with this pillow those lines are basically gone. I’m honestly shocked.

The pillow actually is really comfortable. I’ve had it for several weeks and I don’t wake up with a smashed face. Taking the pillow case off is another story 🤣 but I find if you put on the large side on first then the little side is much easier! I recommend it. You will be surprised!

I ordered on April 30 and have had no communication from the company. Tracking shows nothing has happened and you are unable to get in contact with the company. Lost $100. Scam. Please, take warning, and don't fall for it like me.

It’s very comfortable once you get used to the shape. The design is different but in a good way. After a few nights, it felt completely normal. Shipping wasn’t fast but it was acceptable. I’d still recommend it.

Bought it for my wife, ended up needing one for myself. We’re both sleeping better now. Worth it.

After unpacking it and washing the cover and trying to put it back on, it never returned to its normal shape.
