Scam!!! Avoid!!! The zip opening is way too small for the pillow to rips when you try to change the pillow case. I attempted very carefully, easing the pillow limbs out and it still ripped. Company is ignoring me and the returns portal doesn’t actually work. Total overpriced rubbish and no customer service!!

Good quality pillow overall. I’m more of a back sleeper so I don’t use the face cutouts much. Still feels well made.

What I received looked nothing like the advertised pillow. When I shared this on their Facebook posts they blocked me.
Clearly don’t want others to see what they’re really producing.

It’s an adjustment using this pillow because it slips from under my position face. Almost prefer silk pillow I’ve used. Then too unable to remove satin cover to wash. This is distressing. Defeats the job of keeping face clean. Overall disappointed with product. Next time I’ll buy on Amazon for returns guarantee

So many bad reviews of this company! And then it looks like they asked their friends to do good reviews in November 2025 so the summary would ignore all the bad ones. And it worked. Shame on you, Trustpilot for making that possible.

The company is a scam. There’s no customer service; you send emails that go unanswered. I have not heard from them since ever. The pillow is what people say it is like, a thin sheet pillow. You put your head on it and it flattens. Doesn’t do anything that its supposed to do for you. So now I have an ugly ass pillow that looks like a fat spider that does not have any business in my bed. This thing (not a pillow) belongs in the garbage. Don’t waste your time or money!

Do not buy from this company. It's a scam. I did not receive the pillow. Had to report issue to my bank to get my money back.

Absolute rubbish from this site. Ordered a pillow from them, took ages to arrive and then it was a cheap, nasty copy. Lasted a few days and then the cover started to split.

I’ve been waiting for my pillow for 3 weeks. The site makes no mention that your order is being created & filled in China & ships from China I still don’t have the product

I ordered on the 17th May, I received tracking number from YunExpress on 18th May. I never receive any update since then. The status appears to be "Processing" which means the details of my parcel have been sent to courier but they haven't received the parcel yet.
I tried to contact Napbae through email as I want a refund, no response. I got no choice, I had to contact the bank for this issue as I suspect this is a fraud.
I messaged their Instagram account and finally get my response few hours ago. Will keep updating.
