Absolutely awful quality! They would not let me return the dresses for a refund either. In the end, they offered me 20% from what I paid. So I ended up wasting around $100 dollars on dresses that are made of the same material Walmart makes their cheap kids costumes with. I’ve bought several budget dresses from Amazon, shein and other places and these were by far the worst quality I’ve ever received. They aren’t worth $5 a piece, let alone the prices they’re selling them for. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

This company portrays to be in Naples Florida but in fact they are in China. Took forever to get my 4 items and when I received them 3 out of the 4 you could tell had been returned previous as they were all balled up. The quality is terrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures and I have been going back and forth as they try to negotiate keeping 80% of my money and giving me 20% and I can keep the junk product. They said I can fill out a form and then ship the product back to this address!!!

Like what the heck. Then said it would take a month to get a refund as they wouldnt refund until they received the product! Whatever you do DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Bought an item in my size XL however when I got the dress it was 5 sizes to small. I no longer need the item and followed their return policy and they refuse to give me my money back and website doesn't offer a return address. You have to go through customer service via email have been discussing my situation and they are refusing to credit me. Horrible customer service and company to help a customer especially if I followed everything in their return and refund pilicy

They don't tell you the clothing is actually shipping from China. You are responsible for shipping cost back which is unreasonable. The quality of the dress I purchased was absolutely awful. Very sheer and flimsy. They offered me $15 back on an $80 dress to keep it rather than pay shipping cost. Ridiculous. Don't risk the purchase.

SCAMMERS!!! I spend $75 on a dress and the one that arrived looked like a cheap knockoff from temu. DO NOT BUY from this website. After I sent emails asking for a refund they would only offer a 10% refund and a 20% off coupon. What a JOKE!!

Awful at communicating. I was trying to return something on the first day that it arrived and was going back and forth for a week and then they did not reply for about 8 days. Try to offer discounts to keep buying and you will have to pay for shipping that from the US is around $20 so you are almost half way down the refund. Quality is not great either.

Worst experience. I would never purchase from them again. They promise free returns, no questions asked within 30 days. However, it's not true. I had to ask 4 times via email to return the product--I do NOT want to keep it and get a 20% off discount code... The fit is also terrible. I got a small and it fits like a Large. And I can be a small or medium depending on the clothing item. I also can't return it now without paying for shipping to China. The entire experience was a scam. Stay away

SCAM! Do not order from them. Their products and cheap, see through and not as pictured. They will also make you jump through hoops to try to return the product. They do not disclose that they are located in China therefore having to pay customs fees in addition to return shipping. At first they only offered store credit, but after 28 emails, they offered 40% refund and I wouldn’t have to return the item. Stay away from this company.

Everything about their website is a facade that they’re a Florida company. They are a China company. They state 30 day returns. I tried to return a dress that was such poor quality. They told me to ship it to a Mr Wang in China which costs me $35.00.
The dress was $70. Ridiculous.

I ordered two dresses, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The items looked nothing like I expected and appeared to be cheaply made. I was also surprised to discover they were shipped from China.

When I requested a return, I followed the company's stated refund policy. After numerous emails back and forth, I was never offered the full refund outlined in their policy. Instead, they repeatedly offered store credit or only a 10–20% partial refund if I kept the items.

When I asked where to return the dresses, I was given a return address in China addressed to "Mr. Wang," which was unexpected for a business presenting itself as a Florida boutique. In my experience, the company did not honor its advertised refund policy.

Based on my experience, I feel misled by this business and regret my purchase. I would encourage others to read the return policy carefully and research reviews before ordering.

The dress from this "store" arrived and looked nothing like the online picture. The fabric was terrible. I imagine it cost about $3 to produce. After much back and forth and realizing that returning the dress to "Mr Wang" in China would cost almost the cost of the dress, I took the 20% refund and donated the dress to the local GoodWill. Total SCAM.

This company is a fraud. The dress came from China, completely different than pictured and described. They would not allow me to return it for a full refund despite their clearly posted “100% guarantee”. They have so many red flags, including the extremely high number of positive reviews/ likes. Be ware. I flies with the FTC and disputed charges with my bank even though they told me if I did, it was illegal and they would “shut down my card”. Worst purchase I have ever made.

First time customer. Felt ok ordering as on several sections of their website they state 30-day returns. Ordered a dress according to their size chart, it was too large.

I contacted customer service to initiate a refund. They emailed me back and asked me to send them a pic of dress and the package so they could assess if the item was eigible for a refund. Okaaay, but I did, but instead of providing refund info, they sffered an exchange, if I paid the shipping fee. Or, they would give me a 120% store credit.

I replied that I wanted a refund, and they start giving me the run around, offering me a 10% refund and let me keep the too-big-for-me dress, and a 50% store credit.

I asked them to stop wasting my time, and give me the refund details. They replied with an offer to refund me a 20% refund and keep the product, or I can return the dress to China. paying for the shipping, and if the dress gets lost between here and China, I would not get a refund.

So this store is not really in Florida.

Don't. Has nothing to do with Naples Fl. I received the dress and now I have to take a picture of it and they will decide if they will accept the return and I have to pay to return it. Stay clear. I should have researched better.

Horrible quality, and they will make your return extremely challenging - including the shipment to China! Also they are running some scams …. Horrible website , never buy here !

BUYER BEWARE!!!! The item I received was not what I ordered / what was pictured on their website. Please be very cautious when ordering off the website as what you see is not what you will get. I tried to get a refund for my order. I was offered a 20% refund or I could return it on my dime to Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong - wherever that is!! Not happy and will never reorder from this place EVER, as it is a total scam!!!

Fake Ai reviews and marketing, product isn't quality. Do not shop here. Return policy is fake and they're not US based as advertised.

Completely misrepresented website, products, and service.

Saw an ad on tiktok, it's AI generated. If you look at their website reviews (including the positive reviews on this website) they are all AI generated and not at all aligned with the actual service or product being offered. I received a dress that was entirely different from what was on the website despite having excellent reviews. After looking at the reviews, they are clearly AI written and not real users. Do not get misguided by them. Customer service offers refund if you pay for return shipping to China, plus willing to wait through customs (which can lose the product), and only then they will consider a refund if it passes customs and ends up in their warehouse which can take well over 1-month of processing time. They did not advertise this return policy and blocked my domain from access their website. I took screenshots though to prove they're misrepresentation. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT SHOP HERE IT IS A SCAM AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

Shipping was fine, but clothing was not the quality expected via pictures or price. There is no lining on the clothing. When return and refund was requested, there were numerous options given that were NOT returns but would generally cause me to have to spend more by paying for shipping, etc.

This company is terrible. They represent themselves as a luxury Florida boutique but they drop ship cheap items from China. Items are not true to size and look much cheaper than the photos. The refund/return process is handled as a negotiation via email where they offer partial refunds (such as 20%) as well as store credits. Full refunds are provided only if you pay to ship items back to China with tracking, which far exceed the price of the item. Do not give them your money!!!

Their website promotes this company as being founded and based in Florida. However, they ship from China and will only accept returns to China. What a joke. They'll give you 30 days to get the merchandise there, but waste a good amount of that requesting pictures, offering discounts and credits, etc. AVOID!
This is a Shopify website and it most likely violates some terms of service by not disclosing the return process. Start a credit card chargeback and you'll probably get a quick refund.
