The course work was easy to use on the computer. The little quizzes at the end of the chapters helped, as did the practice exams at the end of the course. I think I took 6 practice tests. Even so, I thought the certification exam had many questions about coaching lifts, and there were none on the practice tests.

The online course was terrific, I read along and listened to the audio. I also used the book to utilize as many resources for studying as possible. The course was very helpful to prepare me for the certified exam.

It allowed me to test with a payment plan. I really needed that.

The gentleman I spoke with was the most helpful compassionate man I ever dealt with in a customer service interaction. God Bless his Soul a true professional and Blessing indeed, he comforted my situation and resolved the issues I brought to his attention.

Incredible service, speedy process, and an amazing learning experience

I really enjoyed the content and also the interviews with the authors. . Having different authors was both refreshing, but sometimes seemed more disjointed and made it feel like it jumped around a bit. It also often repeated certain things severaly times again and again.. . Which isnt always a bad thing, I'll admit.

NASM delivers unparalled educational materials for each of it's courses. This keeps me coming back for more. My orginal cpt was in 2003, which I've maintained and I've acquired 4 additional since then (PES, CNC, CWC and CES). Now I'm looking to pursue my Master's degree through their affiliate PennWest University.

Well organized content and easy to use platform

The NASM courses I completed to renew my CPT were an excellent investment in my professional growth. The material was engaging, well organized, and packed with practical knowledge I can apply to help my clients reach their goals. The requirements for the test were not clear. It said basic requirements like a camera and high speed internet. It did not say you must use a personal laptop, which most people don’t have. I had to pay to retest even though I showed up because my laptop didn’t have the right operating system.

The textbook and on-line portions and practice exams were great. The one issue I had was when I took the real test, my screen blacked out and I had to calI IT so I could finish the test. I had to do all the security measures over again and it was VERY stressful!

Lots of information and the video/podcasts are a great review.
