FACT:
2200gbp left my bank account.

My initial review,
I was trying to appease the director as I felt if I didn't stay on the 'right' side of her, she wouldn't allow me to continue my treatment there. I feel the director does a very functional job of running Dr. Nassif's UK clinic, but categorically in no way, resembles the kind lovliness, sincere, genuine and caring character that he possess.

I felt alot of insincerity tbh. And I communicated 34 times via email, as lots of those were apologies: re: the above vibe and thorough research led me to making lots of enquiries - Its not a crime to be intelligent, is it?
Obviously my initial review [please search for it] was based on my experience that day.
I waited 3 hours b4 Dana arrived from London. Then I felt rushed, straight after the treatment as the next client had arrived. The look I got off the director, when I said I'd waited x3 hours, was a killer when I voiced this in front of Dana. Dana tbf, was lovely.and she's great at what she does with Sciton. It was worth waiting for her.
However I feel the director's attitude is disingenuous and there is another side, which is most transparent. Anyone with a brain can see that.

The indubitable fact remains:
I paid 2.2k instead of 1.8k as per the treatment plan. This was for just one session of Sciton.

I have been overcharged £400. The treatment plan has not been honoured. And I really don't care if it was a 'discount upon a discount'

FACT:
£2200 left my bank account.

I wish I can put 0 star!

1. Unreasonable 7-Day Cancellation Policy is unreasonable and disproportionate for a medical aesthetic service.

I contacted your clinic to cancel the appointment provided over 48 hours’ notice. This is a commonly accepted and reasonable cancellation period within the UK healthcare and aesthetic industry.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, contract terms must be fair, transparent, and reasonable. A 7-day cancellation requirement places an excessive burden on consumers and may be considered an unfair contractual term.

2. Unreasonable and Excessive Cancellation Charge I was informed that cancelling the appointment would result in being charged the full treatment fee of £400.

This charge is grossly disproportionate and does not reflect any genuine loss incurred by your clinic, particularly as:
• Over 48 hours’ notice was given
• The appointment could reasonably have been reallocated
• No treatment or materials were used

Charging the full treatment cost in these circumstances appears punitive rather than compensatory, which is not permitted under UK consumer law.

3. Unprofessional and Rude Conduct by Staff

During my phone call to cancel, the receptionist’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

Most concerning was that the receptionist made a medical judgement, stating that my daughter “does not have a keloid scar.” This is wholly inappropriate, as reception staff are not medically qualified to make such assessments.

4. Reason for Cancellation (Medical Grounds – Minor Patient)

My daughter is 14 years old and developed a keloid scar following an ice-skating accident in August. After two laser treatments, there has been minimal improvement. Based on medical advice from a qualified doctor (my cousin, who treats keloid scars clinically), we decided it would be more appropriate at this stage to consult a dermatologist and consider steroid injections, which are widely recognised as a first-line treatment for keloid scars.

Laser treatment may be suitable later (e.g. pulsed dye laser), but this service is not available at your clinic. The decision to cancel was made in the best medical interests of a minor, not lightly or irresponsibly.

The best skincare line I have ever used. I have been using it since March of this year. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin texture and skin health. Even my mother recently told me that my skin looks gorgeous - she wanted to know what I was doing. I am 55yrs old and she says I look in my mid 40's. Consistency is the key. TIP: buy and try from HSN... you can pay with flex-pay overtime and also take advantage of their auto-ship on many of the items to lock in sale prices. It helps to make it more affordable using flex-pay

My friend had bad reaction to lip scrub and hydro-screen. So did I and I cannot recommend this. I only used it a twice my lips started to peel away. My friends lips got nearly infected and she is still trying to heal them herself.

I’ve been blessed with good skin on my mother’s side. Just getting older I found my facial skin was losing its luster. It was still okay but I recognized the aging and dullness. I found these products at Costco.com and have been really happy with them. My friends have asked me what have I been doing for my face, because they tell me my skin glows and it hasn’t looked this great in years. I told them about Nassif. I’ve used less expensive products to extremely expensive - these serums and creams have been better than those. I highly recommend them. And, no, I don’t have the skin of my 20’s and 30’s, but I’m happy with the results at 68. Thanks for your products.

There should be a half star option for business like this. Their customer support number only rings and goes to voice mail. After leaving a message with my order number and phone number they returned a reply via email. An email which seems to only work one way. Horrible customer support. As far as their products, just as bad hence why I am trying to reach out to them. Stay away. Very bad ongoing experience.

Hello, I purchased the products thru HSN the hand cream smelled bad and I returned it, the new one came and it had the same smell and it's yellowish. Is that ok?? I have been using it because I didn't want to return it, and have them think I was strange.

Great products but can't give it a 5 its....expensive and didn't do what I needed it to do, I have flaky areas inside my nose bridge up my eye lid, my nose is flaky and chin area after 3 weeks of using the night set it calmed some of it just a little bit. I didn't use any exfoliating products from him. The facial wash, serum & nightwear and eye cream. Bought it twice in hopes it would cure the flakyness!

I love Dr. Nassif's products!!!

Through trial and error, mousse and serum are the only 2 products that don’t crinkle my skin.

I'm noticing that if the response is praising the product, they are given 5 stars. If the response is questioning certain areas of the product line or the customer service, they only get 3 stars. Shouldn't every response be appreciated and given 5 stars?

I have always thought he was an amazing doctor from watching him & Dr Dubrow on Botched. So when I heard he was creating his own line I just had to have it! My face felt like it was tingling with mint water when I first applied the cleanser. This stuff has made my face even more youthful looking. I bought the cleanser, serum, & eye cream to start. Now I want the lip serum & neck cream. I’m officially addicted. Thank you Dr Nassif ❤️

I purchased several products and one was just not for me. I emailed in the evening and the next morning I saw the refund come through my account. No questions asked!! The customer service is impeccable! I sent an email and thanked them and they responded to that email........ oh and prior to my asking about returning, I had sent an email asking about the products and how to use them. I got an email back the next day on that one also. Truly truly a great company!!

Super easy website to navigate through, & fast delivery. I love these products they work wonderfully & aren’t harmful to my sensitive skin. At times other brands can give me more issues than when I started & this stuff does not
