Good products- prove point could be a bit better

Dr. Nassif products are superb and I receive my orders very quickly.

I love the Dr Nassif range. I have been using it for about 18mths & my skin is amazing.
Although it costs me more to ship cause I’m in Australia, it’s worth it.

I love this product line, so far the products I have used has seen an improvement in my skin I'm 61 years old and I do see a significant difference you just have to know what products work right for you trial and error but very much worth it! I'm also a licensed esthetician so I've seen a lot of products in my time these are by far the best!

This is my second time ordering the skin cleanser , and night cream. I also have the face pads, daily moisturizing and the face pads are one of my favorite products. I have used a lot of professionally products for the last 40 years and I love Dr N’s . The cleansing cream does its job without causing excessive dryness. The night time moisture leaves my skin soft without that heavy oily feeling.

Excellent service! I contacted Customer Service as the product I wanted was not on the site. I received an email the same day informing me the product was just out of stock and told me when it should be back, and, suggested a replacement for the interim. I fortunately had enough to get me through until the product was back in stock, just as I had been told. Thank you so much for the honesty and quick service!

My over $300 order arrived incorecct. Two products ordered were correct but 4 orders of an eye cream were incorrectly replaced by 4 orders of a skin cream. There is no customer service phone number to call. Via email I received a return postage sticker to return incorrect items but am still waiting for items I ordered and paid for more than a week later,

This was the second time I placed an order and waited over a month and never received my order. Both times the shipping update indicated, apparently neither order ever made it out of the facility. I was refunded both times, however not until after having to contact the company three times (for each experience) to demand a full refund. Lesson learned the hard way, apparently these products are not meant for me. Based on my personal experience all I would say is buyer beware, and make sure you track your order.

I bought the night cream about a week ago; used it & immediately ordered the Detox pads (love them) & Hydro Serum. Dr Nassif has developed products that live up to claims. I am 64 yrs; lots of sun damage & signs of aging; I can see & feel difference in just a few short days.

I really love this product. It not only blurs my wrinkles but I feel like it's really improved the condition of the skin under my eyes. You only use a very small amount so it lasts a long time.

Very nice experience from ordering the product to delivery. Communication is also great. Have wanted to try Dr. Nassif's products for years since I am a fan of his show's but didn't know which product I wanted to try. While getting a facial my esthetician suggested I use the serum since she was familiar with the product and highly recommended it. So glad I bought it.

My face was so soft even after the first use! Microbrasion and a facial in one!! Absolutely fantastic!

Great products! I love the night serum and smart day cream. I use them daily. So light and such an improvement in my skin. Ships quick!
