Expected to be bored - wasn't. Adrian was a great tutor allowing for and encouraging plenty of interaction and shared experiences between himself and the other delegates.

I genuinely enjoyed the course from start to finish and would recommend it to any TM. The TC says we should keep our skills up to date and I am pleased I chose NCT to do this.

Always slightly sceptical about online courses but this was definitely the best I've completed to date.
Nothing worse than death by power point where anyone can sit & read a bunch of words on a screen. Although there were visuals, the 2 day course was largely discussion based on real world experiences & everyone online participated in the conversations. Adrian was very knowledgeable but also willing to learn himself, which is rare in trainers but a brilliant skill to have.
Really pleased with it, would highly recommend - I didn't start to node off once!

This was a well presented and inclusive course covering in detail the essentials that are required.

In simple words great.very well managed explained in very simple language.

Great way to attend courses within the comfort of your own home with breaks in between, I felt very comfortable after being out of work due to ill health i wanted to do my CPC courses to keep me up to date with my periodic training, This course enabled me to do this without having to be employed to a company internally to take part in these courses, i selected what day and what course i wanted and had to check in to do ID checks before the course took place, trainers are very professional throughout the 7 hour courses and are willing to listen to you views or opinions and experiences.
