I was embarrassed and upset by being in debt and having to contact a debt management agency, but I needn't of worried. The initial call I had was amazing the staff member put me at ease straight away and came up with a realistic payment plan which was manageable and left me with money to live on. It was reviewed each year and now I'm finally debt free after 3.5 years. NDR listened,and be honest with them the process is/was easy, provide all documents they ask for. I was on a DMP, all the harassing phone calls stopped, plus debt interest, in my case. Now debt free such a weight and burden as been lifted. Totally recommend.
