The advice, support and help from the staff is beyond compare.
They arranged and administered my DMP over the course of nearly six years, saving me thousands of pounds in interest.
They handled all my queries very quickly and efficiently.
There was never any wait for my calls which were put straight through to an advisor.
There was always someone available to assist in a friendly and confidence inspiring manner – especially Chloe.
All my debts are now cleared thanks to them.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

National debt relief are very supportive and communicate amazing throughout this process, they answer all questions you might have. In the years I was with them not once was I worried because I knew they had things sorted .

I was told we couldnt do a personal debt management because i live with my partner and she already has one. My partner would have to accept a joint DMP to make it work. Im sorry but thats unfair. Jamie who was the phone was very sarcastic and didnt help at all. Your supposed to help people. Not make someone else pay your debts.

Found the whole process seamless. The colleague that assisted me was warm empathetic and reassuring. Her approach made the process seem like chatting it over with a friend. Very knowledgable about the requirements and the likely response creditors will make. It took a lot of effort to reach out for help and I am now really glad I did

Helped me out tremendously

9th October 2024 can't remember the lady name think it was Joyce was kind empathetic and really wanted to help me.
Yesterday 21st had a man really horrible patronising but today the 22nd October 2024 Louise excellent helpful really caring and gave correct advice to help me with my debts and balliffs.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Roisin for being there for me recently. I was really struggling, and it was such a relief to finally share what I was going through.
Her understanding and support meant the world to me, and it really helped me feel less alone.
I’ve managed to sort myself out, but if I ever need assistance again, I will definitely reach out to Roisin. A wonderful person. Thank you again.

NDR were fantastic in dealing with my case over the time i was with them. They had great patience when dealing with me as i am deaf in both ears and wear hearing aids. All my dealings with NDR were done by texts and emails. Very very helpful with me lots of times i cannot Thank everyone at NDR enough for helping me get my Debts cleared. It was long but thanks to God and NDR i have got there in the end and its a fantastic feeling to be out of Debts. Thanks to all NDR Staff.

I would just like to say thank you so much for Roisin Devine and her call she was most helpful.

Making these decisions and calls are hard work and very stressful and scary.

May I say Roisin is an absolute credit to your company and made me feel alot better for calling and trying too find a solution.

From the very second she made the call about me and my kids and me sorting things to help them aswell as me.

Most companies would just want too make sure they can get a payment, so thank you for letting me speak with this kind person.

The staff where very helpful with any queries I had and where very friendly, finally debt free and I could not of done it without this amazing team.

NDR were very helpful from the start. They talked me through everything in plain simple terms. There were monthly updates of balances etc. I can't fault them.

Turning to National Debt Relief was the best thing I ever did when I got into financial difficulties. They were open and upfront right from the start and arranged a plan that throughout the 8 years we payed back that worked perfectly for us. Anyone experiencing financial problems really you could do no wrong speaking to them. Highly recommended 👍

Very Helpful and Supportive. I have worked with the company for 2 years now and have always been supported and helped with anything I ask. If I had an issue with payment I explained and they helped me work around it without my plan being closed. I am now 2 years in, fully debt free thanks to these guys. Could not recommend NDR more , I had £1000’s in debt i couldn’t manage national debt relief will take all your debt from all your creditors arrange a payment plan that you can afford to pay all your debt back no more letters or credit score deductions, I was very sceptical doing this but what they offer is all true could not recommend them more.
