Amazing company. I would give 10 stars if I could. I was at my wits end and didn't know how I would ever get my depts sorted out. I was dreading the first call but on the other end of the line was a lovely Irish guy called Patrick who took time to explain how it all works. I just couldnt see a way around it all but Patrick came up with a plan. I was so embarrassed about getting into such a mess but there was no judgement at all. I'm now on the road to becoming debt free and I can sleep at night not having to worry about debt collectors arriving at my door. Thank you everyone at National debt relief.

Be Prepared for long delays in response if you use this company via email, considering you are paying for this service ( Cost of living crisis giving company increased workload is used as excuse, but when you are paying you should expect quick/efficent service) and also money you have paid being held for a week before being paid out to your creditors? which i find odd? ( high intrest account maybe?)

After a disappointing experience with UKdebtrelief I contacted National Debt relief and since the beginning I was helped and guided by the very competent and interested Leeanne Rouse. Took her 2 days to get my case sorted and in motion so I could start my IVA. A massive thanks to them and specially Leeanne who was very understanding and professional. The suffering associated with being in debt was made easier by this good people. It restored my faith in competence. After all there’s no need for a waiting period of 3 months to get your debts sorted like happened in my previous experience. I would give more stars but only 5 are allowed. Highly recommend this service!!!

The team really helped me to cut down my debts and clear some of them, I did feel that towards the end I was paying them more in a fee than some of my debtors were getting. I also at times found that it was really difficult to contact anyone, if I sent emails it could be days before anyone responded. On the whole though they have helped me massively.

when i first contacted national debt relief couple years ago I was able to speak to a agent who was extremely helpful and gave me great input as to my ongoing debts and the best possible solution to put into place a plan that would suit my financial status at that time .this was done with monthly payments by standing order and the relief to my mental well being was very welcomed to know i wouldn.t keep getting warning letters from companies wanting prompt payments or else ,im very grateful to all the debt management team and give all of you a thumbs up for helping people like me who was struggling with debt .you are indeed well needed in this world of today and you bring much needed help to all whom seek and rely on you to free themselves from unwanted debt /thank you all and God Bless.

Was with this company for a number of years- were really helpful from start to finish a lot of changes were made to my plan over the years and they were patient and helped me.

NDR fully took management of my debts, they made it pleasant to deal with them and accommodated every request and email I had. The confidence and trust I had in them relieved a lot of stress from me and I didn't have to worry about creditors contacting me, best thing I done was entering a DMP with NDR, not ever looking to get into one again but would highly recommend NDR

NDR were a life saver. Changed my life. I managed to fall into a little bit of debt which over the course of a year or two spiralled out of control. My debt was something I was ashamed of and ignored because I didn’t know or feel comfortable about going about getting it sorted. Then I fount NDR. I started my DMP with these guys and Gals in 2018 and completed it this month after 5 years. From start to finish it has been faultless and everything has been just simple and easy. All the staff I have had dealing with are helpful and polite. You cannot ask for more than that as a service. If I ever had cause to use such a service again, I would not hesitate to seek help from NDR.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I contacted NDR in 2020 due to financial problems related to COVID. They put me on a plan that I could manage and the process was so quick! Everyone has been nothing but lovely, supportive, professional and more importantly very understanding during the months I was struggling with money. I recently completed my plan a few days ago (alot quicker than expected!!) I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you to everyone at NDR who dealt with my case over the years! It feels nice to be free of financial issues! :D
