Had a great experience and have now become debt free, but one thing I would mention is they do charge an admin fee each month and if you really struggle financially there are other payment options out there

Was at my lowest bad break up family bereavement suffering with health issues sadly was struggling with debt I couldn’t afford and was killing myself working paying off nearly every penny I was earning to the point forgoing food etc etc but phone call to these guys who were non judgemental at all very understanding and put me in contact with mcambridge Duffy who got me the help I was desperately searching for Iva sorted and I now feel as if I can breathe and have my life back thank you from the bottom of my heart .. from someone who buried my head in the sand with my debt for anyone unsure what do do I can only advise to phone it’s the best thing I’ve ever done thank you so so much

A*****The biggest thing for me was the fact that it was all done via email as I honestly could not have spoken on the phone as the embarrassment would have killed me. Roisin was simply amazing from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances and laid all of my options on the table for me. Just to note I made my initial enquiry Monday PM and by Wednesday morning my DMP is in place. So I will now be paying an affordable amount towards my debt instead of an amount that was unfordable and was leading me into more debt. I cannot describe the relief so thank you again Roisin

The customer service team are very responsive. They always answer phones and respond to emails quickly. They always had the information I needed and were very helpful. Having their support helped me manage my finances until I was in a position to do this myself, at which point the cancellation process was also easy and stress-free.

Very easy to set up, consistent feedback/responses to questions, no issues such as double-payments or anything that would effect me negatively due to any error on their side of things, annual reviews and e-mail correspondence simple and straight forward
