When my husband passed away suddenly I was in a desperate financial situation. I turned to National Debt Relief for advice. They provided me with different options to manage my debt taking everything into account, from the cost of living to having some spare cash for the odd treat. All the people I dealt with were very professional, friendly and helpful. They negotiated with my creditors on my behalf, handled my debt for a small fee, did yearly reviews to ensure the option I chose was still the best for my circumstances. I am now debt free and can't thank them enough for their help in getting me back on my feet.

Reliable supportive, not intrusion helped me greatly

I entered a debt management plan with this company 4 years ago after getting myself into some bother. They offered a stress free way to settle the debts by paying a set amount every month and they would divvy up that amount to who I owed money to and be the middle man basically, stopping the creditors calling/sending me mail etc, as long as I paid.
One downside is the admin fees I suppose, but they have to get paid at the end of the day too. Their fee was only around £30 a month.

I've just completed my DMP and now am debt free!

We were in a really tricky and unforeseen situation and clicked on the first debt management company we found but thank lord we did. They were nothing but helpful and made the whole situation feel a lot easier to manage. Their customer service was impeccable and they were so quick to respond to queries. Especially their staff member Peter who was at the end of the phone whenever we needed and really understanding and patient. 5 stars all round.

They always take so long to reply to my emails. I’ve also been receiving letters from some of my debt collectors that they haven’t been receiving any payments, so i’m concerned where my money has gone. I asked National Debt Relief about this on 3rd November and still no reply, so I’ve cancelled my direct debit and will be going with a different DMP/IVA company.

They were very helpful never mad me feel bad. Always knew what they were doing as kept in contact. Really good.

I’ve been impressed with quick responses, an adjusted payment plan and always had good customer service on the phone. Overall very impressed!
