National Gold Group Reviews

Sean was very knowledgeable about investing in precious metals. He used his knowledge to educate me in a respectful way and made me feel at ease with the whole process of investing in precious metals. I would heartily recommend National Gold Group based on my experience with them.

Purchasing gold from the National Gold Group's employee, Matthew Dwyer, was an exceptional business experience. Mr. Dwyer is very professional and reliable in each transcaction he performs. He not only answered my questions concerning gold and silver, but educatied me on these subjects. Matthew Dwyer receives my highest recommendation.

I just recently Made my 1st Gold purchase with National Gold Group, via their agent Camille Collard. Yes, I was considerably anxious and uneasy having sent a fairly large sum with nothing more than a piece of paper in hand. Camille went out of her way to explain how the processed worked, and follow up with me on the status of my order almost daily. She was always professional, but yet very personable and did put me at ease. In the end, my order arrived early, and was exactly what I ordered. If you are a 1st time or seasoned gold investor and are looking at The National Gold Group, I would highly recommend you ask for Camille Collard to assist you, as I am confident you will receive the same High Level service, professionalism and personal touch that she brought to the table with me.

The people with National Gold Grope are Informative, kind and helpful.

We have worked with Michael McGaughy for over 8 months. We were originally his client at his previous employment. We felt so strongly about the quality service, education and attentiveness to our needs that we followed him from his prior employer (which took a big of work!!). We could not be happier with his dedication to my husband and I, who are new to metals.
In addition, we have found the staff, especially Lori, to be equally attentive and helpful.
Thank you National Gold Group for helping us understand metals and the real value to our portfolio that they represent.

I have been trading with David for sometime now. I can sum up my experience in three words; Honest, Reliable, Knowledgeable. His personable touch brings a new dimension to the industry. Highly recommend!

David is very knowledgeable about the precious metal industry.
I have learned a lot and I am happy with the decisions I made on what metals to purchase.
David is very prompt and professional about returning my calls or text messages

National Gold Group went out of their way to get the order to me as they eventually sent the goods to my son where I was able to pick them up.
I am not at home during the day to sign for them as I am working with my son.

Camille was very thorough in explaining how a gold IRA works. After completing a quick online application, the team open my account, and I was able to buy gold and silver, all within a week! Great experience, great company and their prices were very competitive.

I spoke with all the big, precious metal firms, and I chose to work with National Gold Group because they were extremely thorough and transparent in all aspects of my old 401k rollover. I worked with Pamela and David, and not only were they extremely attentive but the whole process was handled seamlessly from beginning to end. I strongly recommend working with this team.
