Terrible service
Had to book 2 days off as they cancelled my first booking was cancelled at 13-00 on the day of collection, on the second collection date they were supposed to give me 1 hours notice but within 3 minutes of them contacting me the driver was calling me to say he was by the car ready to collect

Hello Nigel, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our collection service on this occasion. Our collectors will always try and give as much notice as possible regarding their arrival time, but sometimes logistical problems can make this tricky. Poor phone service can prevent them from being able to update our customers, while unexpected traffic and driver absence can lead to collection schedules being changed. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Best wishes, National Scrap Car.
