Damaged paintwork during fitting
Had appointment but no windscreen was sent for fitting. Another appointment the next day but had to go to fitting centre. Scratched the paintwork on my car whilst fitting windscreen so now have to try and get paintwork sorted. Thankfully we videoed all around the car before the windscreen was fitted.

Windscreen replacement
My first appointment for a windscreen replacement got cancelled on the day that it was supposed to be done, however i got a relatively quick date for a new one & it was fitted within 4 hours, the man on reception at the bolton garage was very friendly :)
