Very fast response to quote request and booking in a time slot. Was called an hour before which was really useful. The repair guy was brilliant and did a really good clean job. When people sometimes say cheapest is the best, on this occasion you could be not be more wrong. I called and the Client advisor was so helpful, amazing really.
Booked the Glass replacement and given the date and time. The technician(James) called an hour in-advance of arriving, technician was a good guy, and a true asset for Budget Windscreenshad a great conversation with him, one of things that came up was how happy he is with his and employer, he came across as he was really invested in his job and to be honest, he acted as if it was his business which I found to be very good. I gave the service from start a top rating due to be a valued customer not a number. I hope not have a situation where I need my windscreen replacing again, but I did need the service again, I will be calling Budget Windscreens again. Thanks again for a great price, service.
