The windscreen technician arrived promptly and got straight to work.. sadly I forgot his name or I would mention it, we had a friendly convoy while he explained the whole process.. before you knew it he was already done and warned to wait an hour before driving the car. The finish installation was immaculate . Thanks for the help replacing my windshield!

The window that was replaced is scratched and door received scratches while window was being replaced
They acknowledged they are there but won’t do anything about it

We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied, but we would like to clarify that your concerns were discussed at the time. The glass seal was checked and found to be secure. A very slight scratch on the glass was acknowledged, and we offered to replace it, while explaining the possibility of damaging the plastic retaining clips during removal. After this was explained, you chose to leave the glass as it was.
The small marks on the door trim were consistent with the original broken glass. Therefore, we do not feel it is accurate to say that we acknowledged the concerns but refused to do anything. Nevertheless, we are sorry that the completed job did not meet your expectations.

Glass left in the car, said he couldn't clean it up
A guy came on 5 February 2026. He did fix the windscreen but left all the shattered glass within the car and the boot and said that it wasn't possible to remove. The shattered glass is dangerous and still in my car 7 months later. When I went to my garage about this issue, they said he could have removed the glass but probably didn't, perhaps because I was a woman and wouldn't ask questions. Either way, the servie was expensive and poor, and potentially sexist. I would not recommend.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read these comments, particularly as the work was carried out on 5 February 2026 and this is the first time, some seven months later, that this issue has been brought to our attention.
Had you contacted us at the time to advise that you were unhappy with the amount of broken glass remaining in the vehicle, we would have had the opportunity to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange for the vehicle to be inspected and any accessible remaining glass to be removed.
Following a shattered window or windscreen, small fragments of glass can sometimes remain trapped inside inaccessible areas of a vehicle, including within trim, panels and cavities. However, we would certainly expect our technician to remove accessible broken glass as part of the work.
We are also concerned by the suggestion that the service you received may have been influenced by the fact that you are a woman. We take any allegation of discrimination seriously, but we do not understand the basis for this suggestion from the circumstances described. Our technicians are expected to treat every customer with the same professionalism and respect, regardless of gender.
It is disappointing that we were not given the opportunity to investigate or address your concerns at the time. Even after this length of time, we would be happy to review the original job details and discuss the matter with you directly.

Great service. I had a smashed quarter window from an attempted theft. Budget windscreens replaced it within 24hrs. Lee to the booking and was helpful and patient. Dean did the job in quick time, cleaned out the old broken glass that was EVERYWHERE and had me on my way in no time. Couldn’t recommend this firm enough.
