We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Your booking was made on Saturday for our technician to attend on Monday. Unfortunately, when the replacement windscreen supplied to us was inspected, it was found to be scratched and damaged. We could not responsibly fit defective glass to your vehicle, so another windscreen was ordered and we returned the following day to complete the work.
We understand how frustrating this was, particularly as you had arranged time away from work. Although the damage occurred before the glass reached us, we apologise for the one-day delay and the disruption it caused.

Everything went really smoothly. I would recommend them again. However, it was my daughter's car and she was a bit taken aback by the surliness of the technician, which made her feel uncomfortable. We didn't expect a party but politeness and approachability costs nothing.
