I got a crack in my windscreen and stupidly realised I wasn’t covered in my insurance.
I got a number of quotes all of which very expensive. All advised a needed a new windscreen. I arrived at national windscreen for my appt. I had already paid the £600 bill.
Paul at Telford along with the technician came out to say they could fix the crack instead of having new windscreen. I therefore have a refund of over £500 coming back.
Massive thank you for the honesty guys - we need more of this. So friendly. Amazing service. 🩵

Poor communication from fitter and from central office
Operative rang to say that he might be coming but might not be coming as it was windy and he may not have been able to fit the windscreen. This is totally unhelpful for a commercial comapny waiting for repair who have taken the afternoon off work/lost profit to have this service completed. Either you are coming or you aren't. No reply from central office and when I did get through he said that the wind had no part to play and that he would get back to me or the fitter would but neither did!!
