Dear Nationwide Bus Charter, My group wanted to me to convey their thanks for accommodating our charter trip to Splish Splash. They were happy with your service, including the clean and cool feel of the bus from the moment they boarded to the moment they came back from their trip. A special thanks to the driver as well for their cordial demeanor and safe driving!

We’ve used Nationwide Bus Charter multiple times and every time we’ve had a very reliable driver and the bus is very nice and clean always.

Cassandra Conti was wonderful to work with. Very responsive. The driver was great the bus clean, was on time and it all went well!

It was a good experience except they had to switch our bus out apparently while we were at the event and didn’t tell us. They failed to get all of our belongings off the original bus and onto the new bus. We had to drive 3 hours one-way to collect our items the next day. One employee was willing to meet us half way, but they got called to do a route and the new employee was not flexible at all or willing to work with us on a pick up time. Even though it was their fault the items were left on the original bus. They could have gotten a leader from our group to get stuff off the original bus. But they did it without telling us.

We chartered a minibus for a corporate event and everything went super smoothly! Matt the sales rep was easy to deal with and helped us set everything up, and then our driver Tan was super pleasant and and timely the entire evening! Highly recommend using Nationwide if you need to transport a large group for your event!

That the bus was right on time, 25 minutes before we were to depart. The bus and bathroom was clean upon my inspection. The seats were comfortable.The driver was alert and responsible in his duties.

The bus itself was spacious and the seats were nice. The bathroom was made for a thin person and the light in the bathroom didn’t work. You needed your phone flashlight if you wanted to use the restroom. Thank goodness the trip was only 2/1/2 hrs so most did not use it. Had the incommunicative representative responded back to my queries, I would have known that the bus was equipped with a DVD player. The driver drove with caution and I am greatful but did not assist in any kind of way. My husband helped everyone on and off the bus.

The driver was early so that was a plus we were not sitting and waiting for our pickup time. Our driver Audrey was very professional and courteous. I would recommend your company and Audrey to any of my friends and family when traveling to Denver. The booking process was simple and smooth; Nick was available for any of my questions and concerns.

Great experience

Overall it was a great experience. The only issue we had was the driver arrived late but it was not his fault google maps has our location wrong. You could tell he was a little fustrated when we tried to tell him how to get to our destination. The pickup at the concert was perfect and quick.

Excellent transportation service. We used them yesterday for a corporate event, and the experience was flawless. I would especially like to highlight their strict punctuality, which was fundamental for us. The team was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional at all times, ensuring that the journey was both comfortable and safe. We will definitely be working with them again. Highly recommended!

Everything went smooth, Driver was early, very nice and did great navigating NYC. If we ever need a bus again we will hire nationwide bus again.

I would like to applaud Matt for his responsiveness. He was helpful in making suggestions, and trying to assist us in a difficult situation. We will definitely use his services in the future.

From the response to the first email I sent requesting a quote, to the driver, Jim, taking us to and from our destination, everything was great!! I had payment reminders, prompt answers to my questions and a smooth stress-free ride on a very comfortable bus driven by Jim. Who had to back the bus up due to vehicles unattended in the way. He did so expertly!

Steven was fantastic, amazing driving and very focused. We loved and appreciated Steven.

The driver was amazing. Although the itinerary we requested was not communicated with the driver, she accommodated our needs without issue. The driver arrived early and was flexible when advised the departure time was set for 5.30pm. Would highly recommend this driver for future trips.
