Literally lied about dropping my package off and tried to pull one over on me. “filed a claim with USPS and they said it’s lost, I’m gonna go ahead and mail you another one.” Ok, then why did the OG tracking number never get scanned in when it was initially supposedly dropped off? And after you “filed a claim with USPS” the “new package” showed up at my house with the same tracking number as the original?

gets combative when people ask for updates, constantly blames not answering emails on chronic pain condition. I have chronic pain, I get it, but maybe you should not be running a business then if you cannot provide a minimum level of customer service.

Has posted multiple IG stories about chargebacks, shares the customers name… I’m sorry but if you’re having multiple chargebacks it’s hard to believe your side of the story.

I love all my pins and my coffin bag! Everyone asks where I got them and I love being able to share an artist that I truly believe is talented and worth sharing. The Coffin Bag was the first kickstarter I ever backed and now because of this amazing experience I have since backed other creators work and it’s so amazing! I’ve been a faithful follower and supporter since 2020

I love this creator!! She has the cutest designs and always ships items out in a timely manner. I was part of her patreon and her monthly pins are amazing and I hope to be able to be one a patron of hers on patreon again soon!!

Natty has always been available to address any questions or concerns that I may have with products via social media or email. We have a bunch of NattyCat items in our household, and they look as pristine as they did when we first received them. I would 100% recommend ordering from NattyCat if you are on the fence about it.

Natty is not only an amazing artist and designer, but genuinely sweet and personable. I’ve been supporting NattyCat since the first bag, and it’s been amazing to watch her progress. She’s also so unafraid to speak up for what’s right and to help people around her.

NattyCat always is lovely! She consistently produces great pins, bags, wallets, stickers, etc. I personally have a wallet from 6 years ago that’s holding strong! I also have countless pins on my ita bag that are doing great! 10/10 would recommend

Natty makes sure pins are well taken care of and cutely packages, and is a great person and amazing and wonderful!!! They deserve more of your dollars and they also don't deserve being review bombed by worthless people who hate free speech.

Adorable and practical accessories! I have bought so much from NattyCat over the years including 2 paw Ita bags, wallets, lanyards, pins, stickers. They are fantastic quality and so durable. Her customer service is also exceptional, I had an issue once and she not only fixed it but went above and beyond!

It’s been a while since I’ve purchased from NattyCat, probably somewhere around two years or so. That being said, her character is being defamed and I also never got to leave my initial review :)

NattyCat only sells high quality items and cutest designs. The stuff I have has held up very nicely over the years. Not only that, but she always treats her customers very well and sometimes gives extra little trinkets or pins with your order. It’s hard to find small businesses that deliver like hers. If you truly like something on her page, don’t hesitate to order or risk it selling out. From one customer to another I promise it won’t disappoint.

You also can go to sleep with a good conscience, because at the end of the day NattyCat, is always on the right side of things. So go ahead and support a good cause and a great creator!

Natty is phenomenal. Been a fan and customer for years. Items are always such incredible quality and you can see the love poured into making everything.

My roommate, also a fan, has had thr gnarliest time with delivery and shipping issues and Natty has been on top of it with excellent communication and coordination to make sure they get their items.

Quality made items from a small business owner, who has good ethics and morals. Never have received a bad product from this business, the cutest pins, bags, charms, and stickers out there. This indie business has been so reliable and consistent in quality product and service for so long that I had to let everyone else know!

NattyCat is an amazing shop! I have multiple of their bags, lanyards, and wallets, not to mention the pins & stickers! The creator is genuinely so kind and the one time I ran into a shipping issue, she went out of her way to do what she could to help even tho the shipping issue was NOT with the shop. She always throws in extra goodies, and I loved the Patreon exclusive items & discounts she has.
