My experience with uoobox has been truly amazing, the clothes match the pictures and descriptions, the quality is really nice and sizing matches with the one described. Shipping is pretty fast which is really nice!! The customer service is one of the best I've ever had interactions with, fast resplies, always nice and available to help you if you have issues or questions. I've purchased from uoobox more than once and my experience has always been as amazing as the first one. I look forward to continuing using this site and getting more pretty clothes and items!! I personally was afraid of ordering as I've had bad experiences with ordering from non-mainstream clothing sites, most notably with the quality of the clothing and the costumer service, and I can say that Uoobox is outstanding compared to previous services I've used. They have excellent customer service on social media which provided me with extra accessories and clothes alongside a discount! I live quite a distance away as well from the manufacturer and warehouse but despite this, shipping was also very quick with tracking provided. I will definitely be ordering again <3

This is a very responsive company in their customer service and they provide lovely items for appropriate prices! I talked with someone on their team after winning a giveaway and they provided me with extra goodies in an order! All of the items I received feel like good quality and none of the metal items turn or make your skin stain a different color. Seams and strings are well enforced, too. They have an active social media presence, and it’s always nice to talk with them when you have questions or concerns.

I bought a wig from here and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It took a lil while to get here but I’ll definitely be buying from this website again ☺️

Very good comunication, package brand look very good and cool, slow delivery but when you can get your items fast, can pay little bit more and shipping is very fast :) No problem with every question :)

Contacted regarding sizing, they worked very hard with us to make it work and honestly, I'm blown away! If I could give them more than 5 stars i absolutely would, if you have issues with size, I highly recommend asking because they will respond cleanly, in very reasonable times, be super polite and very helpful :)

Although it took a little while for the product to get here, my fiancé and I were very pleased with the quality of the product. I received exactly what I expected to get, and was in contact with customer support the whole time. They were very friendly and helpful. I love the product and the company, and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.
