She even went out of her way to get an order rushed to me in time to hand out at a friend’s funeral.

I have been purchasing from Natty since the pandemic. I purchased the first Everyday Bag and wore it to the ground. It is still in excellent shape. I recently bought the new Everyday Bag and get compliments at my job everyday. This is an excellent small biz run by a wonderful person who is extremely communicative and makes “nerd” merch you want to wear. Extremely creative and always products are top notch. My pins have never scratched and look great on my wall and on my bags.

Nattycat is a phenomenal small business to shop with, and the creator behind the brand is an absolute gem. They’re always transparent regarding changes to stock & types of items available, and work with customers when developing new items and ideas to really flesh out a concept and execute it expertly.

I’ve been shopping from Natty for at least three years, now, and my pins are some of the highest quality in my collection. I frequently gift pins to my friends; there really is something for everyone at Nattycat.

Items ship quickly and are always well packaged (not to mention the lil freebies and stickers that often get thrown in!), too.

I have been a fan of NattyCat and her brand since the beginning. She is an amazing artist and down to earth person. Her art is a mixture of cute and sassy that I can’t resist. I met her this year at Acen and she was even sweeter in person.

Her customer service is also top notch! Any time I’ve needed help with an order she was right there. She’s very transparent about everything and her prices are incredibly fair for the quality.

I absolutely love NattyCat!! My first interaction with them was at a convention, and I fell in love with the merch. She is such a sweet and genuine person, and was happy to answer any questions I had, and gave her upmost attention to everyone at her booth. Even after the convention, I ordered from her shop two times and was extremely happy with my purchases. The shipping did take some time, but I completely understand and their customer support was very helpful. Support small businesses!

NattyCat is an adorable small business, run by 1 person. She always tríes to remedy any issues you may have! I’ve been a customer for several years, and have always appreciated her attention to detail and quality, in addition to her kindness! I have about 5 bags she has made, a giant plushie, and an embarrassing number of enamel pins (I will not admit how many lol), and every time I’ve ordered it’s like a lil Christmas gift to myself! 10/10 would recommend!
