Highly reputable, great products
Love the easily accessible webinars. I have also found any supplements I buy are high quality with easy to read ingredients and dosages. When I’ve had a concern about anything, they have been interested, listened intently and found a solution wherever possible.

The product arrived in two days which was great. I tried to phone the Glenville Clinic to ask advice about other products, left a message but never had a call back.
I went straight to the NHP website but only because I knew which product I was looking for.

Hello Anna,
Thank you for leaving us a review.
We are very sorry to hear of the issues with your order. Our delivery service is usually extremely reliable. While Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class mail the next working day, it's not a certainty. Royal Mail's own performance data indicates that only around 75% of 1st Class mail is delivered the next day and 1st Class delivery can take 2-3 working days to arrive.
With that in mind, we'd like to make this right and appreciate your custom. Please contact us and provide us with your order number and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
You can contact us on 01892 507598 or please send an email to orders@naturalhealthpractice.com.

I am a Customer of over 12 years, called twice to say an order placed over a week ago hadn't arrived was told to wait another day then another day, i then have to do the Royal Mail research and find the order is unable to be delivered due to damage...still no replacement sent. very disappointed from a customer that orders so regularly to be treated like this and be without the supplements due to this delay.
