I trust the products and the staff is always helpful and kind. We use the automatic ordering option and our products arrive just when we need them without having to worry about reordering. There are so many products on the market it's hard to know who to trust I'm grateful we found NHC.

I have been buying from this company for years. They have all the brands and products I could ever need. Great prices, fast delivery and free shipping! I also love that I can put my supplements on subscription so I never have to worry about reordering.

Do not store your data on this site. It will get hacked and fraudulent charges will happen. When I call the company treats me like I am the person in the wrong with very little updates or SLA. It's a scary thing to have your personal information hacked along with address and credit card information as a VP of CX I would expect a better service level from this company. I will not be using them again.

This company did not believe the credit card was good, though I have used in 100's of times. The billing address and shipping address were the same, but their code as to who owns the property was different, since I rent out from my girlfriend! What a sham company!!!!

A phone call resolved what could have been a difficult mix up after for reasons unknown they emailed me saying there could be a fraud and would not post my order (i use a VPN which may explain the mismatch on addresses - or may not). Fortunately customer service worked well and they sent the order through when I rang them.

I purchased a bottle of Garden of life once daily women’s probiotics 50 Billion/Guaranteed& this has to be the poorest excuse of a probiotic I have ever had! Once I called the customer service representative seemed to have no concern @ all. I recently learned that Garden of Life was bought & what they put in their products is far from what the original company did!!

I found a product I wanted to order but it required a "consultation" via phone call. However, I wanted to order the item when I was done with the call, so I created an account.

I was on hold for 35 minutes with no sign anyone would ever answer! There was no message about wait time, or that I had called after business hours. I gave up, as I didn't have the time to spend on the phone.

I am going to try to delete my account. Terrible experience!

Not pleased at all!!! I ordered from NHC and specifically asked for 2nd business day delivery, since the shipping address was a temporary location. In the end, the shipment was delivered late (on the 3rd business day) and as a result, I was unable to receive the package and NO ONE at the address was able to receive it. Yet, when I contacted the seller and kindly asked for the corresponding refund, they claimed they had delivered the package ON TIME (not true), so in the end, I was billed for an NHC product that I never received, and charged for an expedite shipment which was not honored. Clearly not the type of customer service I was expecting from a seller of this stature.

Our regular monthly order of pancreatic enzymes from Natural Health Concepts (NHC) have continued to keep my husband alive. When he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2019, losing 5lbs a week because he could not produce his own enzymes, our oncologist at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida recommended he buy Vital pancreatic enzymes after surgery because they were not only the strength of enzymes he had originally produced naturally, but were the only available enzymes we could afford after surgery, compared to those that were FDA approved and out of our price range. We found those enzymes at NHC. Four years later my husband continues his maintenance treatment at Moffitt and NHC is a vital element of that treatment.

I bought an ítem to ship to Europe for about 130 euros with the shipment costs, it took too long , about 1 month and finally it came with additional charges for 31 surprising euros more due to customs. Obviously it wasnt their fault but they didnt offer me another way for a refund even partially, neither some discount, obviously bringing back to them. They only said it was my only responsability. I felt badly understood and upset because I didnt find any protection for customers, neither empathy. I definitely dont recommend buy here. With any problem they cant compromise

I've been buying kal multiple one a day vitamins from nhc for about 6 months now. These are quality vitamins at a real fair price. I'm on a fixed income so this is important to me. Delivery is fast and on time when I order kal one a day vitamins. 5 star experience. Been reordering every two months. It is nice to have a healthy living experience

If there was a negative rating this company would get it. I ordered two boxes of protein bars from them receiving April 6 when I received I contacted them immediately wrong item was sent. I got the brand and bars but not the specific ones I ordered, I sent to them the picture of item I got along with my order confirmation from them. I have went back and forth to no guilt on their part. What is the deal with companies like this? I had this charged to Pay Pal and they are not worth the security they claim, they are not there for you as customer. If this would of been charged to my AC card this would of been long over and in my favor. I guess the confirmation of its, you order means nothing to this company. DO NOT order from this company.

Lieferung mit 3-6 Tagen angeben. Fast 4 Wochen gewartet und dann eine E-Mail geschrieben das ich die Ware nicht mehr möchte. Keine Antwort erhalten! Dann kam wider Erwarten die so toll beschriebene Ware. Ware einfach nur minderwertig,Rückgabe nicht möglich.

They banned me from shopping at their store because they thought I was reselling Ortho Molecular products on Amazon. I have never resold any supplements I buy. They didn't want to listen to me tell them this. I have been a very long time customer there. I see this as not caring about their customers

I order from them since 14.03.2020 and they shipp it two days after, and the last update from my order was 29/3/2020. I tried to contact them many times and the only thing they said the shipping takes 6 weeks, which now there has gone more than 6 weeks.They won't help me with contact UPS (I can't contact them myself) and they don't want to give me my money back. I don't need their produc anymore just give me my money back !!!!!!!!!

This is the first time I ever experiencing such a horrible experience from shop online.

I don't usually write reviews, but wow I am so impressed by this company. I was afraid to order from them because I had never heard of them, but the product I was looking for was out of stock every where else I looked. Their prices were cheaper than any of the other sites, and shipping was free. The reviews looked good so I gave it a shot.

Delivery was very fast. The product is exactly what I ordered, and was packaged very well. I am so impressed and plan to switch to Natural Health Concepts for the other health related products that I buy.

Attention all buyers with shipping requests. This is fraudulent company.
I ordered as usual regular food supplement Colostrum complex 2 pieces and paid expedited shipping UPS with tracking 1Z066R616774461380 . The parcel was stopped in Koeln Germany by custom health authorities for regular check. Seller was supposed to provide detailed info about this product in particular that it is food supplement and it does not require any medical prescription. Instead seller demonstratively refused to provide such info and simply requested to UPS to abonden this parcel!!! I contacted them several times to return my money and with explanation why they did such inadequate decision because it is their primary responsibility to provide all info to customs- they are sellers !!!! I consider it outrageous !!They refused to provide me any explanations only that it is not their business and I must mind mine as well they refused to return money. Actually they told me I MUST PROVIDE HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR THIS PRODUCT, WHICH I CONSIDER INADEQUATE!!!! HOW CAN I PROVIDE CERTIFICATE IF I DO NOT OWN PRODUCT, NOR I PRODUCED IT !!!!!!!This business entity must be closed or put in untrusted sellers . Also I contacted the UPS both in Germany and in Romania and customer officers told me that it was only initiative of seller to abonden the shipping instead to provide necessary info. I sent seller numerous emails to withdraw their request and provide info, so I can receive my order but unfortunately it is helpless. So my order simply was wasted. I escalated to pay pal and my case was closed. I reported them to federal trade commission for unfair business, so please be careful when you order something from them. If you still buy please use their physical store and pay cash with product in hand.
