NaturalPetWarehouse.com Reviews

I found this company last year and have been purchasing my dog's dental chews from them ever since. Quick shipped, well-packaged, and great product offerings!

You really get a sense that the folks behind NPW care you and your pet. They are so communicative and ship quickly

They are a family run business that really cares about providing great customer service.

I purchased Sea Squares at nearly 50% less than my vet was selling them for. I will continue to purchase here. Order was received promptly and with a “human” treat- cookie 😃

Natural Pet Warehouse is my “go to” online store for all my pet needs. I’ve been ordering from them for years, and they consistently have everything I need, in stock, at the best prices. Their online inventory is accurate – nothing marked “in stock“ when it’s actually on backorder. Shipping is typically free, and my order is always expertly packed and arrives quickly and without delay. I recommend them to every pet owner I know, without reservation.

Found this gem of a site to order my dog treats for my Yellow Lab He has severe allergies and I can no longer get from Amazon He is under Pallative Care now and he gets anything he wants 😔. Customer service is awesome !

Absolutely love this company! Shipping is always great. The product I buy is always packed with a tasty cookie for the human which is such a caring touch.

I had purchased dog treats from Natural Pet Warehouse a couple months ago for our two dogs and was shocked at how quickly the response was. Fast forward a few months and it treat time for the dogs again. I went online and placed my order, received a confirmation email right away along with tracking information. Within a few days we received the treats which the dogs love. The whole process is quick and easy along with very friendly service. When treats of any kind are needed I now know where to go. Fair pricing and great service can't go wrong! The little side treat and thank you note is a very nice extra touch!!

I have purchased bully sticks and other items from Natural Pet Warehouse for several years. Great customer service and great products! The cost for the Natural Cravings Super Monster Bully sticks are much less expensive than the price in my local pet store. I always buy enough for free shipping and my dogs love when the shipment arrives! I highly recommend shopping online at Natural Pet Warehouse!

First rate service. Quick to reply to questions and fast to ship. Also great resource for quality pet products . Very satisfied

I buy my Dr. Marty dog food and Shine & Luster products from Natural Pet Warehouse because they have a website that is easy to use and if I have a question, I know that I can call and actually get a pleasant, helpful and caring person on the phone. They process my orders correctly, quickly and carefully, with all of the orders arriving safely. I also like the fact that I contribute to the stability of a small family with each order.

This company does a great job delivering a great experience - not only did I receive the products ordered, I also received a treat and a card, a truly personal touch. I'm very happy with this company and will continue to order from them!

Always very prompt shipping and and very friendly and responsive customer service. Very good quality products our dog loves.

Natural pet Warehouse is by far the best!!! They are incredibly responsive and ship products extremely quickly. I placed an order and my order had the wrong address number, they called me immediately to confirm my street address and they had the products I ordered shipped the same day. I also love the special touch they include of sending pet parents a 'treat'.

I have ordered from this company twice and they are very efficient and it either goes out the same day or the very next day. It is packaged well and they have the items I need for my dogs. I will continue to order from them.

If I could give a 10 star I would.Great selection of products and low prices. And speedy delivery keep up the good work also love the human treat they provide you with

Once in a great while, you find a company that's so outstanding you know you'll always be their customer. That's Natural Pet Warehouse. When I place an order, I get an email from them the same day saying that the order is on its way. The price is right, and the package arrives quickly (for which my dog says, "Thank you! Thank you!"). Along with the dog treats, there's even a free human treat enclosed. If you order from Natural Pet Warehouse once, I guarantee you'll be a lifelong customer. What an amazing company.

Excellent company, very helpful and they deliver on time.

This Company’s customer service is fantastic. Not only did the dental sticks we purchased arrive very quickly, they were fresh and accompanied by a great cookie for us too. We will continue to support this Company and wish them much success. This specific product, made by Einstein Pets has been very hard to find since they merged with Wonderbark. Our 13 yr old Brittany loves them. Thank you!
