Website seemed really appealing to me since they carry a few items and products that are not easily available in Canada and only the United States. Made my order, received it and then realized there are a few items missing. I reached out and they did end up refunding me, but the whole process was so time-consuming that I don’t even know whether it was worth it at this point. With that, I’ll just say there are better more competitive companies that carry a wide variety of organic and natural products, reasonably priced and with much better customer service.

Naturamarket is always prompt to ship items, and packages everything well so nothing is damaged in shipping.

I really enjoy shopping on this site. They have a great variety of products, of great quality and for all kinds of different diets. They also deliver in a quick manner. I've never had a complaint.

I love Natura market. Their selection is vast and wonderful for all dietary needs. The prices are great and they ship fast. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.

I have had only positive experiences with Natura Market. Not only do they carry items that suit my lifestyle needs, but the customer service is exceptional. I can highly recommend Natura Market, and will definitely continue to shop there. When one of the items I recently purchased on clearance ended up out of stock, they even offered to fulfill my order with a matching item that wasn't on discount, without charging me extra.

I was hesitant to reorder due to Canada Post shutdown, however Naturamarket delivered faster than ever before. Very satisfied with their customer service and products overall!

Do not order if you are from Alberta, as product most likely will come frozen. Which I feel changes the quality of the product. Items ordered were Nut Pod Creamers

I was thrilled to find the Momofuku noodles available at Natura Market. This is a U.S product not widely available at Canadian retailers. Natura Market offered easy delivery and pick up options. I opted to pick up and it was a seemless transaction. Earning points on my purchase gave me an extra incentive to purchase more in the future.

I love the selection of products that you cannot get in regular grocery stores. Great prices and fast shipping. Everything is always good quality too!

Not recommended !

I ordered $100 worth of product from this company and a month later have still not received it. They are blaming the courier and refusing to refund my money. Now I don't need the product any more and the claim to still be chasing down the issue with THEIR delivery partner. This company get a ZERO out of 10 for customer experience ! stay clear is what I suggest !

NATURAMARKET HAS A WIDE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS, MANY OF WHICH ARE HARD TO FIND. THEY CATER TO ALL DIETARY NEEDS AND THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE. MY ORDERS ARRIVE QUICKLY AND WHENEVER THERE HAS BEEN A CONCERN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL.

I love there products. I always buy from them.
Service is great.
Always have special deals. I do Keto and there’s quite a bit of stuff to choose from.

Best non dairy milk product. I've ever used. I've tried almond, oat and soy milk and nothing compares to the pistachio milk.

I order a few loaves of bread from this company. I paid for express shipping. It said It would take 3-5 business days to get to me. It took 11 days to get to me. At that point the bread was no good. It even said on the box to freeze the bread if you do not consume it within 10 days of the shipping date. The bread got to me at 11 days so I was obviously unable to consume it within the time frame. I asked for refund since it was obvious the bread was past the date and even too late to freeze it (according to their own guidelines). I could see the bread was hard and not fresh anymore. I have been going back and forth with them now for about five emails and they are refusing to refund me for the stale bread. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Wow! I ordered from Natura for the 1st time. I received a confirmation email telling me I would receive an email once my order ships. My estimated delivery date was today and it is near 10 pm. Here is what I received as a response when I inquired about the status of my order:

Be careful. Be very careful about ordering from them. They literally repeated 2x the bit about delivery times. This has NOTHING to do with any mail/delivery carriers. I am trying to cancel my order now as their website still says today’s date for delivery AND all of my products were in stock. My order still shows “processing” with an estimated delivery date for today!

Natura Market carries a wide variety of specialist foods - I need keto, gluten, and dairy free, which isn't easy to find. They respond quickly to any questions, ship promptly, and always get the shipments correct. Items are packaged well, and safely, too.

Such an excellent company! Everything is always well packaged, it arrives so quickly and their prices are competative, if not better.

I have been able to find healthy products that are unavailable near me. That alone would be enough to keep me coming back. I appreciate the delivery from Canada post because it can be left inside my building entrance if I am not home. If one spends enough, delivery is free. Customer service is excellent too. Good job NaturaMarket.
