The tea I ordered is so amazing and hard to get. It took a bit to arrive, but it is so worth it. And it was fresh. Some sites send out old product. With this chai it is so important that it be fresh to steep well. Thank you for carrying the pahadi story!

The company was very responsive to my requests and they were able to help me get the chocolate. However when the chocolate arrived it had melted and looked terrible.The company was very responsive to me and offered discount coupons.

My wife purchased a product M&M…
My wife purchased a product M&M biscuits x 240 from FRESHCART for $221 but was supplied a different product M&M choc bars x 24 valued at as per invoice $28.63. Company refuses to acknowledge that they sent the wrong product and refuse to refund us the difference. Salman Shaik is the person we are liaising with via email. We discovered that they operate out of a Virtual Office in Kent st Sydney. They appear to operate under another name, NAVAFRESH. Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Information
I placed an order with NavaFresh (Order CA-NV#P385219447) and was assured by their representative, Jyoti D., that there would be no additional customs fees. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. Despite this, DHL notified me that I had to pay a customs fee of CAD 19.38 before receiving my package.
I have reached out to NavaFresh multiple times, providing the chat transcript where I was clearly informed that all import duties would be covered by them. However, after several emails, I have yet to receive any response from their customer service.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially after being explicitly misled. I’ve been waiting weeks with no resolution or communication from their end. If this is how they treat their customers, I would not recommend NavaFresh to anyone. They need to honor their promises and respond to customer queries promptly.
Highly disappointed.

I ordered fresh one bulb garlic from Nava Fresh..
The delivery from India to Ireland was as fast as possible, and the updates and customer care extremely good.
The garlic bulbs themselves are smallish but nice for what I want then for, which is too pickle some, and plant the rest to grow my own.

Did receive my package
I finally did receive my pkg from Nava fresh I have not tried the product yet so I can not comment on it. But it arrived well packaged and intact. Thank you for correcting this Nava Fresh I appreciate the fact that you quickly righted the wrong so I have updated my review to reflect that everything is A ok now.

The product is good. It just took over a month for the product to delivered. I called the customer service several times and they could not give me a proper ETA.
