NB Tech, was very easy and straight forward, fast payout and friendly customer support, I would definitely recommend I'm so pleased with the result 😀 definitely 5 star , would give more stars if I could.

By far the most seamless process I've had from a trade in company. Refund being processed within a couple of hours of receiving the product at the agreed rate - can't fault it!

HONESTLY!!! i felt like it was to good to be true, I sent the phone off and all within a day it was received checked and payment made. Nathans correspondence was top notch infact far superior then other retailers.

Brilliant service. Purchased an iPhone 15 which was still sealed for an excellent price. It arrived the next day. Couldn’t be happier 😊

Absolutely brilliant. All sorted within an hour of receiving my device and paid exactly what they quoted. Would use again.

Amazing service. Extremely quick and same day pay out. Even helped cover the postage fee! Would highly recommend!

Exceptional.

Every year I sell my old phone and every year I have had difficulties with phone/tech purchasing companies who promise a (high) price and then all tell lies about invented damage and so on.

Sent my iphone 17 pro to them - it came out of the box and straight into a case with a screen protector. Was anticipating the usual rubbish about how there are 'scratches' or 'chips' or the same stuff that is always said, but they confirmed receipt and then paid me 3 hours later. They had offered top price also.

Will use them again.
