I recently sold a phone to this company, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, with all terms explained upfront, which made the transaction straightforward and stress-free.
A lower price than first agreed but that is understandable as the phone is still under a contract.

Payment was handled quickly and securely, exactly as agreed, and there were no unexpected issues or delays. I also appreciated how respectful and organized their team was throughout the process—they made everything easy.

Overall, a reliable and trustworthy company to deal with. I’d be happy to do business with them again and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a hassle-free selling experience.

Sent AirPods with estimated price. On receiving them, I was offered well below the estimate for scratches which I didn’t agree with. Requested proof of the scratches with no reply. Now been 3 working days with no reply at anll and I don’t even know if I can expect to get them back as requested. Wish that I’d paid more attention to the reviews before using this company. Feel like I’ve been scammed

I bought my device from this company via BackMarket. It developed a screen fault after 9 months so I was instructed to return it for repair but other than that it was in excellent condition. It was packaged very carefully so I was distraught when I was sent photos which showed extensive damage. I was certain that the photos were not of my phone. It was eventually returned to me but wasn’t usable at all, it had a SIM slot (I’d had to convert to eSIM when I bought it). I also realised that the IMEI number in the photos that they sent did not match the IMEI number from my original order. I was eventually offered and received a full refund after threatening legal action and with intervention from BackMarket. The time taken for a resolution was about a month. From other reviews it seems that others have had similar experiences in terms of the company claiming damage. I will never use this company again

The service was smooth, the communication was clear and direct and the negotiations were well considered. First time doing business with them and I am glad that we reached positive conclusion.

Firstly, I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the payment as it took a lot longer than was promised. But to be fair Zaid emailed was always polite. Let me know what was going on.
First time I’ve used the Company, they paid exactly what they said they would and I had no problems whatsoever apart for the delay in payment which is now sorted, As stated I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the payment delay

Having read all the negative reviews here, I can say you are not beating the allegations. You sent my partner link to review when she hasn't even sent the phone. That's shady. I have told her to cancel the sale. It's not worth it and I would advice anyone seeing this review not to sell to this company. Infact, majority of them are shady. They take your phone, box you into a corner with a ridiculously low amount and when you ask for your phone to be returned they ignore you, won't respond to email,.won't pick up calls.

Recently used boost gadgets to recycle my iPhone 17 pro max through compare and recycle, boost gadgets offered a fair price with a postal label sent in the post received the following day.
They also showed as same day payment.
After sending my device they recieved it the following day, I received a email regarding my order from customer services and not long after a pending payment notification, later in the evening payment was in my bank account.
I would definitely recommend this company, they are 100% trustworthy and honest,good customer service.
I would use them again.
