N.B Tech Reviews

Bought from Nathan and sold to him also. Never any issues, very knowledgeable in this space, very fair prices and a great person to deal with whether your looking to buy or sell highly recommend. Sure more business will follow in the future

I have traded phones using several companies. Never have I had such great communication, prompt and helpful replies, fast phone reviews and super quick payment.
NB tech would be my trade in choice every time.

My phone suddenly stopped working, so I called Nathan, who had originally sold it to me. I explained that I had already tried all the usual fixes and had even been to my phone provider, but they couldn’t resolve the issue.
Without hesitation, Nathan told me to pop over and he would take a look which I did. Nathan couldn’t have been more helpful he provided me with a brand new phone, along with a case and screen protector, which was amazing customer service.
When I got home that evening to set it up, I ran into a problem with the password. I messaged Nathan, and even at 10pm he took the time to help me. He spent over an hour patiently working through the issue until everything was up and running.
I honestly can’t thank Nathan enough. He went above and beyond to help me, showing incredible professionalism, patience, and genuine care for his customers.
Outstanding service from a fantastic independent business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nathan to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional customer service.

One of the most trustworthy places to go for when buying new tech. Was on the lookout for an iPad and these guys stood out due to their great prices that beat out the competition. Was dispatched really quickly with lots of communication. 1000% recommend Super happy with my purchase and i will be back again!

Great product and service. Exactly what was described. Great communication and would not hesitate to buy again from this company.

Fantastic service , really great price , prompt payment . Made the whole thing seamless and really great communication . Highly recommend

I sold two brand new iPhone 17 Pro phones to NB TECH and the whole process was very smooth. Communication with Nathan on WhatsApp was great from the start, and he kept me updated throughout. They only asked for my ID and proof of purchase for the phones, which was straightforward. Once I sent over the receipts, everything moved quickly. I posted the phones using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, and after they received them, my payment was processed within an hour.
They also refunded my Royal Mail postage cost, which was a nice touch..Overall, I'm really happy with the service fast, professional, and hassle free. I'd definitely use NB TECH again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them..

I’ve been using these guys regularly and everything has been super smooth and efficient. Sometimes when selling devices you get the odd issue and delay but everything works like clockwork and will continue to use them in the future for anything I need to sell!

Great service, quick to respond and process payment when they bought my phone. Great company would only ever use them in future.

Amazing service no hassle and no issues will definitely use you again. Thank you

Within less than 24 hours from sending my device to being paid out in full, no hassle no issues just proper customer service 100% recommended

Arranged a time yesterday to collect a phone from Nathan, the phone was exactly as described, brand new and sealed, you can buy with confidence from this seller, thanks again, Keith.

Top quality service as always everyone should make n.b tech there go to when selling your old tech Nathan is very easy to talk with and you always get your money within a few hours of him receiving your device

I always sell my phones to this place. Communication 100%. Prices I’m offered are always amazing. 100% recommend

It was very refreshing dealing with a company that was prompt with they're responses and most importantly they're payment when they had all the criteria met.
Excellent service from start to finish. Effortless! Payment received in less than 24hrs.

Amazing service! So quick to make payment and great customer service! Will use again for sure 🙌

Absolutely brilliant first time experience with N.B Tech. I had a Iphone 17 Max Pro to sell and I looked at a few websites to sell me phone. However after reading their reviews I was very dubious of scam companies that were not what they seemed.

I decided to opt with N.B TECH after their glowing reviews.

I sent my phone and recieved my money and a refund for the postage also the VERY NEXT DAY. They offer generous amounts for your technology and their communication is absolutely fantastic.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and I would definitely use this company again if I need to sell an electronic item or buy one. Very reliable and efficient.

I sold my phone to NB Tech as they offered the best price. Nathan was extremely prompt, thorough and professional throughout. Funds were received quickly. Cannot fault them.

Great customer service

Would I use NB Tech again? ABSOLUTELY!
Big thank you to Nathan :)
