Choosing to do distance learning with ncc has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have been able to do the learning around my family and life and been able to have possitive feedback from my work. It has been tough sometimes but my tutor Kaye Leeming has always been able to help when I have needed extra support. Signing up to the course was really easy
Signing up to the course was really easy and acknowledgements were sent quickly so I knew I was enrolled OK, an e-mail adress was provided so any queries could be addressed if necessary and a tutor was allocated. I feel at ease knowing there is someone to speak to if I want to. Really looking forward to getting started.

Course availability/refunds
Paid for a course yesterday; I was advised (today) that the course was/is not available (despite being advertised/payment accepted). NCC have advised that they will contact their finance department (to refund me) but that the money will not be in my account for between 5-10 working days (i.e. up to two weeks). I would recommend calling NCC (to confirm course availability) prior to signing up to any course, to avoid being out of pocket for potentially two weeks...

I was told the course I had completed…
I was told the course I had completed would enable me to move on to the level 3 in counselling at another provider. This information is incorrect so I am now having to re do my level 2. I have contacted them numerous times about this and received no response.
