Neat Kitchens Reviews

Ordered my new quooker boiling tap from Neat Kitchens don’t know how they did it but £200 cheaper than quooker web site direct
And delivered 1 day earlier than I was expecting great service from them

We had our new kitchen fitted by Neat Kitchen in August this year and we could not be happier with the experience. From the initial design stage through to installation, their service was professional, reliable, and well organised.

They were always quick to respond to any questions or issues, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the process. The fitting team were highly professional and did a fantastic job — the quality of their work really shows in the final result.

The after-sales service has also been outstanding. Whenever we noticed any small defects or needed adjustments, they followed up promptly and made sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible.

We would happily recommend Neat Kitchen to anyone locally. Without a doubt, they are the best local company we have ever used.

Have had an excellent kitchen recently fitted by Neat Kitchens.Excellent quality materials, cabinets, appliances, floor and the quartz worktop. Lead designer Daniel put together an amazing kitchen which has been admired by everyone who has visited my house. He patiently guided me through the overwhelming process. Lily was also very helpful. I was not put under any pressure to proceed. The installation under the supervision and direction of Matthew went very smoothly. The company uses its own craftsmen which is reassuring. They were all friendly, professional and worked neatly. Jordan the fitter and the rest of the team did an amazing job and attended to all fine details up to the last moment. I give credit to the entire team for a stress-free experience. I strongly recommend Neat Kitchens and wish I had met them earlier.

Reliable , polite and helpful staff.
Very happy with results.

We had a new kitchen and some minor building works completed by Neat and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. All the staff were friendly and professional, and keen to support our requests or make suggestions using their experience. When things went wrong, which were out of their control, they went above and beyond to put right. Great company to deal with. Love my kitchen!

We love our new kitchen!
The kitchen design that Lily put together was great, it was so helpful seeing the design in our space on the computer, it really help to visualise it properly.
The installation was professional and was managed perfectly. Any teething issues as is inevitable with building work, (as we also removed a wall to open out the space) were never a problem. Solutions were presented clearly, allowing us to work out what would be best.
Would definitely recommend Neat Kitchens.

Jon and the Team were amazing from start to finish not a single detail was missed, any changes were met with 'not a problem', we will get this sorted for you'
If you are looking for a Genuine, value for money company that you wouldn't need to look any further than Neat Kitchens :-)

Amazing service start to finish. We wanted our existing kitchen reconfigured - which in some ways is harder than starting from scatch. Daniel came up with an amazing design that allowed us to keep some existing units and blend in with new ones supplied and fitted by Neat. And they managed the installation of a new worktop.
Matthew was a fabulous lead on the installation with real attention to detail.
Highly, highly recommended. Superb communication, superb design and superb quality.

Excellent from start to finish. Daniel was extremely helpful at the planning stage answering all my questions and coming up with ideas to help maximise my kitchen space. Matthew and the team where faultless attention to detail was brilliant and the co-ordination of all the trades -fitters, electrics, flooring , tiling was amazing. I would highly recommend NEAT.

We are absolutely delighted with our Neat kitchen. Daniel carefully designed the space so that it fitted our practical and style requirements, responding to our feedback and coming up with great solutions and fresh ideas. Matthew and his team worked carefully (and neatly!) to make the plans a reality – they coordinated building work, plumbing, electrics and even decorating. The appliances all work superbly, and the induction hob in particular is surprisingly responsive and easy to use. We now have a high quality, beautiful kitchen which works well for us and is a pleasure to spend time in.
The whole process was enjoyable rather than stressful, and we recommend this local company 100%.

Have used Jon and Neat previously and always find them helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. This time I wanted to change my integrated dishwasher. Sourced a great product at excellent price. Fitted it promptly and always a friendly service. Can’t recommend Neat highly enough and it’s important to support local businesses. Big 👍 for Jon and the Neat team

Thank you Neat Kitchens for our lovely new utility room, we love it! Great company with quality products, good reliable/tidy installation team that are friendly and keep you updated throughout the installation process.

Did a fantastic job. Took our old appliances and installed the news ones. All great quality.

Have had a really good experience with Daniel and the team at Neat. Great product range, very knowledgable, not pushy and always on hand to chat through questions/ideas. We would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Very pleased with the design, installation and quality of the renovations done by Neat Kitchens. Not wanting a complete overhaul, they were attentive to my wishes, yet active in suggesting changes which have made a huge difference. Great attention to detail in both planning and execution and installed within time (before Christmas) and within budget.

We had our new kitchen fitted by Neat in October last year and have been living with it now for the best part of 3 months and thought it was a good time to write a review –
The overall process from start to finish was very positive, and everyone at the showroom were very helpful and accommodating with our many questions and changing of mind and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured into anything
Once we had settled on a design we booked in the fitters for the work to start, the fitting process was carried out in a friendly efficient manner with minimal disruption and mess with the house being left as clean and tidy as possible each evening.
We were also having some minor building work undertaken at the same time and Neat were happy to work around our tradesmen to ensure the work was completed in the most efficient way.
The quality of the new kitchen is excellent and a huge upgrade on the previous one and the whole space now feels much easier to use and a better way to accommodate daily life
Thank you to everyone at Neat for the excellent service resulting in a great home improvement

We have recently had our very old tired kitchen replaced by Neat Kitchens of Portishead.
We had an awful experience with another company earlier in the year where work never started .
Lily , the designer , modified and improved the previous plans .
The entire process from start to finish was brilliant and carried out very efficiently . Lily , along with the directors , Matt and Jon were very helpful as were all the various workers .
The result is just amazing , we are thrilled with the high quality work and the final appearance.

Had new kitchen, gas boiler and downstairs cloakroom fitted by Neat. Really delighted with the results. Excellent advice from Dan and Lily at planning stages followed up by skilful work from whole team of fitters, electrician and plumber! Special mention to Warner - just a young lad but pays real attention to detail and makes sure everything is spot on!
Thanks to the whole team and wishing you every success for the future!

Excellent service and product from design to completion.

Lily listened and provided me with exactly the kitchen I wanted.

Lily, Jordan, Matthew and team all gave 100% attention to detail.

I said I wanted a "whow" kitchen and that's what I have.

Its no exaggeration to say that it lifts my spirits every morning when I walk in.

Jon was really helpful with site surveys and suggestions for what will make the kitchens work as well as possible.

The units were made and delivered in record time and look great in the spaces.
