Paul was very attentive and did not hang up until he satisfied my care. I felt appreciated by Paul in the way he gave patience when asking me questions and made sure I got the best flight deal. I’d highly recommend asking for him when there’s anything you need help with regarding flights. He will give you the best deal for little to no effort.

Paul Westly was nice and helpful. He took his time to make sure I understood and got my needs met. He called me back to let me know when my reservation would be sent and made sure I was happy with his service.

I CALLED DELTA AND THEY SAID I WAS ISSUED AN E CREDIT AND IT WAS WAY LESSER THAN THE TIX I PURCHASED. I CALL NEAT TRAVELS BACK AND THE REP ASKED ME DID I CANCEL. WHY WOULD I CANCEL MY ANNIVERSARY TRIP TIX. BIG SCAM DONT PURCHASE WITH THEM. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH SITE AND IF JOSE PEREZ or Ramino Guzman ANSWER THE PHONE RUN.

This company is a SCAM. After they gave me the reservation and confirmation number they cancelled the reservation. They don’t want to refund the money back. DO NOT TRUST THEM
